Pizza Hut

I obviously like the pizza enough to be a repeat customer but I just felt like today I had to complain… no matter how many times I order whether it be online, in person or over the phone… my order never comes out right. Ever. It’s always something either the wrong crust wrong toppings etc and also no matter how many times I use the «flavor your crust» feature, my crust is always and forever plain. And also today my pizza arrived cold. You guys need to step it up! Maybe next time less jacking off and more customer service perhaps?

1) I got greeted as soon as I opened the door to your location!
2) I ordered my pizza and it actually came out right this time!
3) the crust has risen and was cooked perfectly
4) my side marinara was nice and hot and delicious!
5) I scalded my tongue taking a bite out of what’s usually a sad cold pizza, so that means my pizza was fresh out the oven ready at the right time FOR ONCE!

I don’t understand why this location has such bad ratings. My family and I order pizza almost every Sunday for the football games and this place has to be one of the best ones around. We usually order carry out because we use coupons or promo codes which is great. Gio (manager) and his staff are always very welcoming and they go over your order when you arrive to pick it up. The food is always ready when it says it will be (usually after 15mins) which is great! I’ve never had an issue and hope I never do! :)

Great service! Although they do get really busy, I have always received my exact order and it’s always on time which I love. I’m always greeted very kindly by all the employees. The dine in experience is great and the pizza is always delicious.

This place is dope. You guys should definitely order from this place. They have great employees, especially the driver. I believe his name was Diego Rodriguez, he was very prompt with his delivery and has a great Attitude. He was very polite, and also had an amazing smile. :)

I like coming here, but I order online cause it’s faster and I pick it up so if I forget anything it’s on me. They are friendly team. I have been coming here a while, so I have seen a lot of employees and management go.

Worse pizza delivery service in my life !! I ordered 5 large pizzas with 2 orders of bread sticks. As soon as the delivery guy came he just dropped 3 pizzas and the 2 orders of bread sticks. Which he was almost leaving plus not giving me my receipt. I stopped him to tell him where my other 2 pizzas were &he told me «I don’t know, I just deliver. Call the store.» Which I did &ask to speak to the manager &I told him what had happened &he told me he was going to sent out the 2 other pizzas with no charge. A hour past &I hadn’t received anything. I called again &he told me «Ughh ohhh aghh I thought you didn’t want it anymore but I’ll send it out right now» I was beyond pist so I went to the store and spoke to the manager again and asked him for my pizzas and he hadn’t even started with them so he started to do them & waited another hour and filed a claim plus my refund for my order. Never again am I ordering from this Pizza Hut again. It doesn’t deserve no stars.

Ok so not all but most delivery guys from this Pizza Hut are just not very smart. They can never find my apartment, they always forget to bring ranch that I paid for and sometimes even the 2 lit drink and ALWAYS ALWAYS forget to bring Parmesan cheese and pepper flakes. And then give me some lame excuse like «sorry we were all out» it’s a pizza place! Pizza place don’t just run out. And then they call and keep me on the phone for like 10 minutes lost in the building not being able to follow instructions on where my unit is. Then when they do deliver the soda it’s often warm. This last time I ordered the guy who delivered have me the «we ran out of peppers and Parmesan» excuse, soda was warm, kept me on the phone the longest out of everyone else, called after he left cus he couldn’t figure out how to exit the building, food was not hot, had a bad attitude AND was playing his nasty music loud from his phone or something. They charge almost $ 4 for delivery and I live blocks away and on top of that we have to tip delivery guys like these? I don’t think so. My delivery also took a little over an hr when they had said it would be 30 minutes. Oh! Almost forgot, a few times ago, the delivery driver also ASKED for a tip after being one of the worst. Not nearly as bad as this one that came today, but he was bad. He asked for a tip b4 I was even done paying. Pizza Hut, you REALLY need to train your drivers.

Worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. The pizza looked like it was thrown together. The pizza showed up, BARELY «warm” — and I wouldn’t call it even WARM. I completely deserve money back or a new pizza.

The Is the 3^rd time that this location has either messed up our order, completely forgot our order, or now the pizza is showing up barely lukewarm. Barely edible. Gee thanks. It’s not the drivers fault, but including tip, total would be 19.44 — so for $ 19 I could a cold dinner. That I worked 3 hours just to pay for… Worst Pizza Hut location I’ve ever dealt with

This is not the first time I’ve received a pizza like this from this same Pizza Hut. I just didn’t say shit before but I had to call them for a replacement.

Really bad service. Waited for my order of one pizza and wings for carry out. I was told 15 – 20 minutes. I sat there for 40 minutes and was never called and my name was never on the pick up screen. I finally asked one of the girls if my order was ready. She says ita been ready for a while. They saw me sitting there the whole time. They never called my name and if they did why wouldnt they call it again or at least ask me what i was waiting for. It seems like the place is ran by kids. I think the cooks are the only ones that work. And the delivery guys? When they dont have a delivery they just sit in a booth. That place looks like it needs a good cleaning. Never again

On Wednesday evening, February 11, 2015, I called PH and ordered a salad and a pasta dish to be delivered to my hotel room. The food arrived in a timely manner. When I discovered that there were no utensils included with the order (so I could eat it), I immediately called the restaurant back. I was informed that neither Take Out nor Delivery orders included eating utensils. «We don’t have plastic forks, knives, or spoons.» The only way to get utensils is if you Dine In. Then you get nice metal utensils, she said.
My questions: Why deliver an order to a motel room without including utensils; why advertise Take Out and Delivery if the customer can’t eat it without utensils? Thoroughly disgusted, I threw it out and went to bed hungry. I’ve never in my life had an experience like this. Don’t call this Pizza Hut for delivery or Take Out. (One star = Eek! Methinks not.)

So rude. Called to place an order only to be greeted by the rudest person ever, not only was he carrying a conversation a good 10 secs after answering the phone, he mumbled in the most sluggish way «will this be for delivery?”(never did he say delivery or carry out, the usual routine) to which I replied a simple yes, he then said «ughhhh yes what??!» It’s sounds so trivial but first impressions are everything. I’d rather drive 20 minutes to another city with much better customer service than to eat here again. Mind you I’ve lived in the area for the past 20 years and have tried plenty of times to not mind there poor customer service because I genuinely enjoy Pizza Hut but it’s the last time I will ever get anything from here.

First of all, all we ordered was ONE large pizza. Why the hell does it take 50+ minutes to make ONE large pizza with only half of it being chicken and the other half being pepperoni??? I placed my order around 4:40pm today and it is now 5:52pm and I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY «ONE» large pizza.
Some service they have. Y’all ain’t getting no damn tip. The deal was $ 11.99 and we ended up paying close to $ 18. WTF!!! Sorry ass price for ONE damn pizza. Last time we order from this WACK ASS STORE.
And it’s hilarious, because my girl is a manager at a dominos and she can have 4 – 5 Large pizzas ready in 30 minutes to leave the store WITH ANY KIND OF TOPPINGS & y’all can’t even deliver ONE large pizza within the hour? That’s just sad. There was a reason why I disliked Pizza Hut
And we live within 4 miles of the store lmao. Y’all are weak af!!! 0 stars if possible.

We thought the service had improved but sadly it hasn’t. The pizza is your standard pizza just like any other Pizza Hut. However, this place always disapoints in the whole dinning out experience. This time while eating at this place we witness one of their employee’s making out with her boyfriend in one of the booth by the door. The employee in question is a small young caucasian employee who looks like she doesnt care much about her job. I would not recommend for anyone to visit this place.

I wasn’t going to write a review but something occurred that I felt like sharing.
We came to dine in and have a beer. The phone was ringing off the hook and nobody picked up for at least 20 minutes. We waited at our table for 15 minutes and decided it was time to go ask for our water and beer but nobody was up front so we stood there for another 5 minutes as the drivers walked by us not asking if we needed anything. We finally asked somebody to help us out only to be told «our water is REALLY funky, do you still want it?» That grossed me out a bit so we bought a water bottle.
Its been a little over 30 minutes and we’ve yet to receive our pizza and nobody has picked up the phone in over 10 minutes and it has not stopped ringing.
A few times what seems like friends of the employees here have walked in and they’ve shaken hands and have had there order dealt with immediately while the others have to wait patiently to received our tainted water and food.
Won’t be coming back here again.

Delivery sucks.

STAFF is friendly and soo NICE. Pizza is good especially the prices. Parking is OK for pick up but I have no complaints. Love this place.

my cousin & I were hungry so we ordered pizza. we always call here when we want pizza. when you order something online and freshly sign up you get FREE CHEESY BREAD. funny thing, when we ordered it didn’t come with it! it’s ridiculous!
when we got our food omfg, the cinnastix looked so bad that I don’t want to even eat it. the marinara aside looks like someone drank it before they gave it to us. the only thing that looks good to eat is the pizza and breadstix. I’m defiantly not going to order here again. hopefully next time they’ll have better presentation on their food because this freaking unacceptable. hope you learned something from this review. what a waste of money. glad there wasn’t a tip for the driver.

I’d give this place negative stars if I could. Quoted pizza arrival @ 4:05 PM, but our pizza arrived at 4:30PM. The pizza was over cooked, barely warm, and had a 3 inch piece of hair baked into the cheesy crust. I’ll never eat Pizza Hut again! Guidos Pizza is a million times better and faster.

This place has horrible service! If you eat at the location you need to literally drag a server to take your order from the little corner by the register, you can find 3 – 5 of them there. Same applies for refill.
This place is really going down hill… Underground maybe.
Get carry out or delivery… Eating at the location is not worth it
