I’ve been a customer for 15 years. I’ve always been happy with their services and the staff. One thing they need to change is their punctuality! I made an appointment for 9:30am and its 10am and they’re still not here. I’ve made appointments for other times as well and without fail they always take anywhere from 30 minutes to 45 minutes to see me after my appointment time. If they can start being on time I’ll change it to 5 stars!

I use to be a loyal customer of Epic nails. This weekend for the first time i tried Beautiful Nails. My sister and i were very happy with their service. We didn’t have an appointment and they looked busy, Surprisingly we didn’t have to wait at all. They did a GREAT JOB! Awesome customer service. and we will be back!

Today, I was around here so decided to give it a try since I needed a Pedi. I was their first client. They say they open at 9:30am but they opened at 9:55am.
I had Gel in my toes, so they charged me $ 5 to take it off. By the way, the removal was a bit painful :/​
I had the regular pedicure with regular polish: $ 14.
Plus the $ 5 for removal. My total $ 19.
They have the Spa special: Mani and Pedi for $ 26, not bad…
She overall did a really great job. She massaged my feet for about 6 minutes!!! :) Felt GREAT!
I would definitely go back when I’m around Sylmar.
