Sweet Valley, PA
Always a good place to eat. I’ve sampled a lot of their meats here, never was disappointed. A nice place to go if you’re going along 118 and need a bite to eat. Very fast, and very filling.

We hiked the falls at Rickett’s Glen and stopped here afterwards. Very reasonable and great home cooking
I had the liver & onions which was excellent.

Great place with incredible prices! I love to meet friends here before/​after a hike at Rickett’s Glen. The «cash only» sign is posted clearly near the front door.

We stumbled across this charming little «home cookin’» restaurant while driving home from Williamsport, Pennsylvania. The Wisconsin cheese soup had a nice smoky flavor, the honey chicken was flavorful, the sweet potato was great and the mashed potatoes taste like my mom’s… Great comfort food on a cold winter day! i could’ve skipped the vegetable of the day, green beans, as they were straight from a can with no seasoning. I love a place like this — quiet and comfortable.

I was excited to eat here, until my husband and I sat down and realized they take checks or cash. There are no signs stating this, so we left a little embarassed.
For the record though, the prices looked VERY reasonable and the waitress was very courteous!

My partner and I stumbled across this place when we camped at Rickett’s Glen. We had a great breakfast– eggs and french toast. The service was great and our server was super friendly despite it being so busy on Memorial Day. I’d definitely come back!
