We needed gas so we stopped in here since we didn’t see a gas station between Elk Township and here. Gas was not cheap as it was at the NJ Turnpike on ramp. We stopped in the Dunkin Donuts here for coffee to go with the fresh cider donuts from down the road. Coffee good — restroom filthy.

Ooops. This place was an ooops. We were trying to go to any gas station to wipe off Samantha G.‘s windshield. See the rainy/snowy mix plus the roadspray(beet juice? pickle brine? plain ol’ rocksalt?) was really bringing down the visibility, which is very necessary for driving. So my GPS guided us here… after a while… It wound up being a fairly useful stop. We got beverages(I liked my dunkin donuts iced tea and appreciated the woman telling me it was any size for $ 0.99). Hit the loo. Cleaned the windshield. Got chided by the gas station attendant for parking in the fire zone(for 5 minutes). And in the end, we were really only about 2 blocks from the entrance to the interstate anyway. So I’m a fan.(p.s. — I love that full service gas station stuff in New Jersey. Nice!)

We stopped here on the way to Atlantic City… This is an okay gas station. The people on the inside of the place were nice. I think my only kick was the Duncan Donuts really serves some crappy tea. A for effort for them changing it out. Otherwise, like I said the service station workers were pleasant to deal with.
