We needed someone to move our things and keep them overnight between transactions. This moving company was punctual, careful, friendly, and very meticulous about how the truck was loaded. I have a lot of stuff and they were very careful with both my things and my home. I’ve unpacked about half– ²⁄₃ of my stuff and not one thing has been broken. We even had a hiccup with our real estate transaction thus causing a date shift and they were more than willing to accommodate us. I would not hesitate to hire them again in the future. Highly recommended!

Yesterday at 9 am, my [former] front door ringer buzzed. The movers were early and I was not ready for them. This month has been a whirlwind of unexpected sickness, Philly permits, boxes, phone calls, pangs of sadness at the thought of leaving my home-​state, and plenty of chocolate binging.
«You’re early. I wasn’t expecting you until 9:30.» Blink and stare. Blink. Spazzy expression.
Somehow, it got done. The move. It was probably the easiest part of the entire month of May. The boxes I hadn’t yet taped were piled onto the truck last. The movers were nothing short of professional but also were incredibly personable. They were great!
Bobby Adams, the owner, will make sure the job gets done. I must have called and texted him five times (or more.) in the week leading up to the move due to an issue with getting my temporary no parking permit for the street in Philly. He was completely compassionate and reassuring. Sure enough, I got the permit and it worked out.
Now the unpacking is underway, which isn’t *as tough* as the packing portion! Big thanks to Adams Moving Services for getting my stuff across state lines safely and efficiently!
