Be prepared to wait in a long line if you come during the work week between 6:30 and 7:30 am. This is probably one of the busiest times of the day for them, and they have only 1 or 2 people working up front. The coffees/teas are as you would expect from a Starbucks, but if you are in a hurry, it’s probably not a good idea to take the time to stop here, as you’ll be in the shop at least 15 minutes waiting in line and waiting for your order.

Disorganized and inefficient location staffed by miserable employees. Just waited 30 minutes for two coffees and two«prison food» sandwiches. Avoid.

Mobile ordering has made this location even slower. They are not equipped to handle regular orders and mobile orders. I have been waiting 17 minutes for a flat white.

I was just charged the most ridiculous amount of money at Starbucks for a chai tea latte. I have been coming here for almost 4 years and have paid varied prices for this drink. Today I was charged $ 5.15. For a teabag with steamed milk? Yesterday it cost me $ 3.50?

Prices are a bit high, however the coffee is great. The lines can be a bit long so i have had to leave a few times before ordering due to time. The renovation helped with this i believe and the atomosphere is very nice.

Thus is my neighborhood Starbucks and I wish I enjoyed going here more often. It’s always, always dirty, and the staff is the unfriendliest of any location I’ve been to. It’s the only one in the immediate area, so I suppose they don’t need to clean the tables or floor. Sigh…

I was at this starbucks this morning. Yes the line was long but things moved swiftly considering only one barista.(I did see some blonde woman employee walking around socializing as the line increased). Any hoo… This is the cleanest starbucks I have been in to date. Whoever stocked the pastry case took such care with the display it was pinterest worthy! Myself and my companion both felt that our coffees were truly the best we have had as of late. Thanks.

I personally love Starbucks, this one is terrible. Every time I come here they are out of something, cream, sugar. … One of the first times I came here they ran out of cream and they handed me a whole carton of cream. I laughed, no Ohhhhh I’m sorry, just a carton of cream. I went on with my life. The next time I came here they had no sugar, I nicely asked the barista if I could have two sugar packets, he rolls his eyes, turns away from me and ignored my request. Finally after 3 mins someone went and restocked the sugar container. I think I’ll pass on this bucks from now on, which is sad as they’re the closest to my house.

Do you have 30 minutes to wait for your coffee? Yeah, me neither… I have NEVER seen a Starbucks with service this slow… And I have debated leaving this review for months in hopes that maybe it could or would get better… Nope! I have left a three person line on several occasions after spending 15 minutes in a line going nowhere… You will find yourself exchanging knowing looks with fellow customers… Checking your email, debating how badly you actually need caffeine, etc… My traditional Starbucks haunts of Cambridge and Downtown could never survive with this slo-mo service… And let me say that this is not an understaffed place… Today with four staff and three customers we could not move more than one customer in nearly 15 minutes… Did I mention this was after 1pm? This was not a prime time hour– as I have sadly learned this place is not worth it… Go to Atomic Café instead!

Slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww i just moved to the Area and I used to love my Starbucks in Watertown MA but this place is beyond slow. I mean Sat for example there are 6 people working the line is out the door it takes 20 min to get a Late. Its not high volume like in watertown but there are 2 people at the register 2 taking breakfast orders one on the bar and one doing nothing. In Watertown there are 4 people max and its like a factory moves along so fast. Fasters service is needed but other then that the coffee is the same. :)

I’m a big Starbucks fan and to be honest I actually prefer Starbucks coffee over a lot of Mom & Places, even though I like to support the little guy, I find Starbucks does a better job than the ‘average’. I used to live down the street from the Vinnin Sq location and I have to say there is a lot of room for improvement. The staff is a mixed bag… Some are great and some are the ruddiest customer service folks I have ever experienced. They also do not know how to handle a crowd and they are not able to juggle more than one task. If you are looking for a relaxing little coffee setting, look elsewhere. Sorry to say, but a lot of the patrons are pretty pretentious and loud, obviously this has nothing to do with the staff but it does not make the establishment inviting to stay either. The parking lot is small and gets filled up pretty quickly and can be tight to get in and out of. This Starbucks should take a few lessons from the Peabody location which is night/day experience from this location.

It can be said that I love Starbucks. This might be an understatement. I will go out of my way to get Starbucks. I was so happy when I moved out of my old town and found a Starbucks 5 mins away. I stopped in one Sunday evening early dinner time. There were families chit chatting, great music playing… and then there was the staff… ugh. They were… let me put this nicely, those most rude, bratty, catty people I have ever seen work in food service in all my life. After waiting at the registers for 10 mins(no lying, b/c another nice customer was waiting with me) the guy finally came over and said«Yeah»… Yeah what crap is this… So I don’t vent to him, I just order my SOY latte. The same drink I’ve been getting for 2 yrs… The guy behind me orders… When our drinks come up on the bar they are both wrong… When we mention this to the guy he just takes them back, grunts and makes us new ones… No sorry about that… Again we say nothing. As we’re walking away from the bar the girl working now yells at us across the place… «WHENYOU’VEBEENHANDEDSOMETHINGIT’S CUSTOMARYTOSAYTHANK-YOU»… This took the cake… We did say thank-you… When the gentlemen and I told her not to speak to us that way, that she made our drinks wrong not us… She flipped out… I asked for her manager and got the cute reply«I am the manager on duty, so how about you be on your way and have a peachy keen night»… This is by far the rudest Starbucks I have ever been too… Terrible, God Awful… Will never go there again…

I love Starbucks. I love paying too much for glorified espresso. I admit it, I own it… I love it. I suck. The people who work there are all really nice, and usually get it perfect. I crave a Venti Non Fat Caramel Macchiato(hey incase your buying) with an extra shot of espresso. It’s pretty much your typical Starbucks… I hate all of the customers who go there. This may seem like a really bold statement, but it’s true. If it wasn’t for the fact that it’s the only one close enough to me(still a 10 minute ride) I would never go here. I am so keyed up and annoyed by the people in line with me that I want to set myself on fire by the time I am leaving. I don’t know who these people think they are? I have almost never encountered so many rude, ungrateful, self absorbed and obnoxious personalities in such a small space before. I feel terrible for the people who work there because some of the arrogant customers, never say thank you, or silence there screaming children(they are not adorable) while being helped. The worst is that they have to be nice all the time, even while being abused by the impatient & unaware tools, that I have now become entwined with somehow. On a side note… The best coffee places are Coffee By Design in Portland Maine. They are dog friendly, make superior espresso & other coffee drinks, and the staff is very cool and knowledgeable about all of there awesome organic/free trade coffee’s. I wish they were closer. They do it up proper.
