Marks Floor Service

Excellent work. We heard about Mark thru a friend, and I gave him a call. We had a very tight window to do the whole house. He and his team worked hard to get the floors sanded and 3 coats of poly in 3 days! 6 Months later, floors still look awesome.

I heard about Mark’s Floor Service from my realtor and couldn’t have been happier to have taken his recommendation. Mark had a very competitive quote which was 100% accurate to his final price. Our floors didn’t even look like the same floors once Mark and his team were done. We had removed about 1200 sf of wall to wall carpet, tacks and nails from our recently purchased home. In addition we had laid new floor in one room and were dealing with a number of animal urine stains from the previous owners (Mark was able to sand out some of them, but had to replace the boards in a section of one of the rooms that had a really large stain — Mark told us ahead of time that this would be the case). Once Mark was done you would never know that we had all sorts of different floor problems to begin with, it all looks brand new! I would recommend them to anyone.
