First trip in to activate a device went fine. (It later turned out we were not able to connect because the device hadn’t actually been activated.) On the second trip in, a couple of hours later, the woman who was there had a really bad attitude and refused to help. She didn’t bother to check the status of the activation. Ended up having to call the Sprint Support line to get the help we needed. We finally got service up and running, but the speeds were so slow in our area that we decided to cancel. Turns out that we had been signed up for a 2 year contract even though we owned the device and would have been charged an early termination fee if we cancelled. Thank goodness the Sprint customer service representative was understanding and very willing to make it right. This store managed to do everything wrong today.
