Office Depot

The tax free weekend sent me to Office depot because I was looking for a shredder. I didn’t find what I wanted, but I did come away with a few things.
I’ve never really had poor customer service here… i’m just not a fan of their store setup. Maybe it’s because I don’t frequent Office Depots all that much, but it shouldn’t take more than a handful of moments to find a section… let alone a specific item. This isn’t a «this store» issue as it’s more of a «Office depot» issue.
Beyond the difficulty finding things, they’ve had what I needed most of the time

DO NOT send print jobs to this location and expect them: a) to be done in a timely manner; b) to be done correctly.
Last week, I sent a print order in. They did not have the tabs that I requested per their web page. I wound up purchasing tabs from the store. I was told that they could not refund those that I had paid for online, as they didn’t have a SKU for them. Yeah, right.
I decided (foolishly) to give them one more chance. This week, their color printer is down. My order was promised today, but as they only have one printer with no backup, they can’t print my order. Really? I paid via PayPal, and it is showing as pending until September 2014. So, they cannot cancel the order, or even send it to a different location, since it shows as pending, sent to production. The only thing is, this Office Depot CAN’T produce.
Avoid them at all costs, even if you have to pay more to get the job done elsewhere.

Never had a real problem with this store and the most recent error that happened sending an order from online to be printed in the store was handled promptly and expertly by the store manager, Mark.

I see employees just inside the door. It’s 805 am and they are supposed to open at 8am. I’ve been standing here since 755 am and the employees have seen me. This is not what I expected from a store like this. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

Great store for business and school supplies. I tried what Jimmy suggested in a review above and purchased my toner cartridge from
«Print Green USA» and I was very happy with the product and the price. I purchased my printer from Office Depot and the staff was very friendly and pretty knowledgeable. When it comes to buying printers, computer peripherals, etc I prefer Office Depot over Staples.

Had an amazing experience in here! I encountered customer service like never before! I was greeted when I walked in and was asked more than once if I was finding what I needed as I was shopping. I actually did find everything I needed, and then some, easily!!! Which is a bonus when I don’t have to circle a store dozens of times to find stuff! The checkout was super easy, quick and very pleasant! I might go out of my way to shop this location!
