Wonderful experience today! The staff was professional and prompt and I loved the atmosphere. I received the Luxe pedicure and it was very relaxing. Will definitely be back.

They have great customer service. I called to book my first appointment but they were not able to accommodate the date I wanted since they had a large party who are reserved the whole place but they offered me a discount to book an appointment for another day which I thought was very nice. I don’t get my nails done very often but I wanted to try some nail art this time so the lady who was doing my nails tried to do what I asked for but it didn’t really look like the way I thought so I decided not to get the nail art and she was so nice about removing all the nail polish and starting again… as I mentioned before great great great customer service! Also, they fix any chipped nails within 3 days which I had to take advantage of since I have a toddler I take care of.

I absolutely LOVE Cielo!!! There is no place like it! All of the nail artists are absolutely amazing! I get compliments everywhere I go on my nails, therefore I’m always sending people to this awesome place! If you have not been you MUST go!

Great nail salon! I walked right in today and got pedi with no problems. I have never had a problem getting appointments when I book appointments for our girls relaxation days! Cielo has always been friendly to me! Love this nail salon!

And your response is just another example of how much you care about good customer service, very defensive. First impression is pretentious and rude. There are plenty of kind and caring full service salons out thee that will have my business. And I have been a Suwanee resident for 20 years and have no problem getting word out about your salon.

I had the pleasure of getting my nails done at this lovely establishment by Tim, who did a wonderful job long story short I will be returning. Thankyou to the pleasant young lady for fitting me in for an an appt at last minute and also my fellow helpers be sure you bring cash for tips FYI

So updating on my last review. Months down I’m STILL LOVING CIELO.
I always call and book my appointment so of course I’m always serviced. I love all the employees here because they’re sweet, & they really know what they’re doing. Sam does my nails, & he is so efficient & perfect I am so thankful!
This salon is high end & your service will be just that. They have an abundance of nail polishes to try. From gel to regular! They can also shape your nails any way you want them to. The salon is a little pricey but it’s definitely worth it! You get quality over quantity!
Complementary drinks to all customers! Another reason why this is better than just any other salon. Whitney (the owner) makes the BEST mimosas.
Bottom line if you don’t like Cielo, you’re crazy. Hands down the best nail salon & believe me I’ve been to a lot. This is the first place where I’ve actually become a regular at :)

Others have said they don’t accept walk-​ins, well they don’t accommodate reservations either. HORRIBLE customer service at the front desk. It seemed as if we were an inconvenience even though we had an appointment. Was told they couldn’t start until fifteen minutes AFTER our appointment time, with two other people that had not yet been started. That’s okay, we spent our $ 400 elsewhere…

They don’t REALLY accept walk-​ins you have to make an appointment. Calling ahead because I wanted to get something done and didn’t know what the hell I was talking about. They aren’t all that friendly they have to work on greeting people and not look at them crazy for walking in. Also they didn’t have anyone working on Friday to wax eyebrows! Wtf?! Lame. Bye.

Nice location and a beautiful shop, but you will get a lot more for your money elsewhere. The environment is stiff. And now they look at you like you have 5 heads if you walk in without an appointment. Better places to go.

Wow, I guess all the friendly people were off the day I checked this place out. The young girl at the front desk was extremely rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. Too bad for everyone else working in this place. The first person that greets you is the one who leaves a lasting impression. I would suggest hiring someone else to greet customers and explain how this place works. They don’t really take walk in’s like they claim to. You need to make an appt. first. Too bad the little girl at the front desk was unable to explain that to me. Nail salons are a dime a dozen and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!

One of my favorite nail spots. Actually one of the only nail spots I go to.
I never really get my nails done so when I do I make sure they’re done by the best. The ladies here are always so nice and customer service always comes first for them.
I’d recommend Cielo to anyone even if you don’t live in suwanee. They’re worth the travel & money.
The nail files and buffers come individually packaged so they aren’t used on different people. Cielo is very clean and modern, the interior design is simple yet unique. I love the square seats and the curtains between each one. Will forever be a loyal customer to Cielo!

A treat for nails (hand and feet) … that too in Suwanee area! It’s absolutely welcoming from the moment you enter this place! Everyone is soooo friendly! And totally relaxing, clean and professional! Love this place!!! It’s definitely my go-​to place for nails!!!

Love the atmosphere at this salon — so relaxing and upscale. Wonderful manicure and pedicure and great selection of colors of polish (regular and gel). This will be my new ‘go-​to’ nail salon!

Very nice Nail Spa. I decided to visit this new salon in Suwanee and I love it. I enjoyed everything about this place the ambiance, the décor, and the staff (Lisa, Tammy, Gloria, and Ann) are all so amazing and attentive. This is going to be my new nail salon.
