Blinds by Noon and Shutters Real Soon

Do not spend a penny on any products from this horrible company.
All products are very cheaply made, and all employees are on drugs so the products are always damaged. Just go straight to Home Depot or lowes, forget this slug middleman Sidney.

I placed an order with Home Depot which got forwarded to this company. A lady from the number 336−259−3993 stating that Home Depot asked her to call me and what is it that I wanted from her and why I asked to be called. I thought it was very rude and I asked her which company she’s calling from to which she stated «Home Depot». I asked her that I placed an order with Home Depot for measure and installation of blinds at which she said «We only do custom blinds». At this point I asked her again which company is she from if she cannot install Home Depot Blinds and she again stated «Home Depot» After I got annoyed asked her couple of times, she disclosed that she was from Blinds by Noon. Well, she seems very rude and ready to hang up once she found out that I was seeking Home Depot blinds. She actually told me she will take other calls and see if she will have time to call me back. Even though I didn’t use this company based on my experience I will not use it for anything.

Excellent service from the sales person on the estimate appointment, and more great service by the installer on the install appointment (just 2 weeks later!). A great team and a great experience.
