I had a good braces experience with Dr. Elchahal but have been extremely disappointed with my post-​braces follow-​up care. My teeth alignment actually became worse after my most recent (and very expensive) appointment to adjust my retainer. This office has become too large with too many patients so Dr. Elchahal is rushing from patient to patient without actually spending time to provide adequate care. I recently switched to a smaller orthodontics office in Johns Creek and wish I had switched years ago.

The front office staff are rude, condescending and arrogant. I refused to call anymore, even when my child broke a bracket. We went almost a year past the estimated treatment length and any time I asked about it I was given a vague answer. The hygienists were pleasant and Dr. Elchahal was nice and professional, but this does NOT make up for the front office staff and being strung along almost a year longer than planned. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone.

We simply love Dr. Elchahal and all the staff. Both of our boys needed braces, ranging in different complexities, and they have treated both wonderfully. Their approach toward the process, the level of education, and the way they make both the kids and the parents comfortable is amazing. We heard about Dr. Elchahal from a friend and now gladly refer them to other parents.

My son had a wonderful experience with Dr. Elchahal and Dr. Moore! He gets compliments on his smile all the time and whenever he does, I am reminded of what a great experience this practice provided for our family. I highly recommend Dr. E and Dr. M to all of my friends and family — they are simply the best at what they do and are exceptional in patient care. Thank you again Dr. E and team!
