I called them on a Sunday night because of an emergency and spoke with George, he said I will come out tomorrow morning. Monday morning came and not a phone call and a no show. After waiting a while I finally called his office only to talk to some woman who was not that pleasant. She told me he wasn’t coming. I ask why? After much prodding she finally admitted to me that they only work with Gustafson Plumbing and if they weren’t doing the job then he wasn’t coming. No one, not Gustafson Plumbing or George, the owner of Chase Harris ever told me this in talking with either of them. Talk about kick backs between to companies. Disappointed that I was waiting for someone to show and not even the respect of either companies to give a call and say they were not coming I called L& H Sewerage comp and they came out asap, no hassle, would work with any plumber, All in one drain comp. came out and both were superb to work with.
