From beginning to end the contractor exceeded expectations. All Bids were complete, reviewed completely and submitted in timely manner. Consideration was given to the process and cost. The expertise of the contractor ensured the job was done correctly meeting all engineering inspections without issue.
All subcontractors introduced to the project were equally professional completing their tasks in less time than projected with no ‘residue’ or contractor debris left behind. The job site was left clean, quality materials were used and follow-up occurred at each stage of the project.
I would definitely recommend Shipley & Sons Construction and will keep them in my contacts for future projects.
