This place has great frozen yogurt. The staff is always very friendly. They greet customers upon entry and offer samples. There is a very large selection of toppings and plenty of choices of different flavors of yogurt. They have a frequent buyer type promotion attached to your phone number, if you want to participate. After so many purchases, you get a three dollar discount. There are also occasional promotional offers on Facebook. I use these offers when they’re available because a visit to this place can hit you hard in the pocket book, especially if you have a large family. If it were not for the kinda expensive prices, I’d give it 5 stars and I’d bring the family here more often. Other than that, this is great business overall!

Razzleberriez is definitely a yogurt shop worth checking out! Be careful though… you might face the possibilities of becoming addicted, but at least it is a lot healthier than ice cream(;. Not only is this place super clean but the environment is so fresh and the yogurt is soooo delicious. There is such a variety of options from the yogurt to the toppings. If I can’t decide what to get I just go for the salted caramel! I’ve had salted caramel at other places and nothing compares to razzleberriez. I would definitely recommend this place! It is surely one of a kind(:.

Pros: The place is clean and well maintained. Service is good! Cons: you can’t help yourself with samples. They actually follow you around and tell them which one you want to sample(my little preference on self-service). Lastly their fresh fruits look old and their mochi was definitely old. I took a spoonful which 20% of it was rock hard… no lie. Typical looking yogurt place. Nothing different than other yogurt places.

I love this place my stepdaughter always wants to come here because she can choose the toppings. I love it because they offer dairy free frozen yogurt and being allergic to milk places that offer dairy free dessert are hard to find. The staff is always nice and you can try a sample before you choose which one to get. It’s right off of grand and bell so it’s close to all the shopping areas in surprise. It’s always fun going here.

Visiting my parents in AZ this past month and couldn’t get enough of this place!!! They offer great Entertainment book coupons and have tasty toppings AND lots of flavors no common here in Seattle. I think we went 4x in one week alone. Will return in December for another trip for sure!

Good assortment of flavors to choose from. Creamy, not gritty or icy like some places can be at times. Good selection of toppings. Clean place. They run specials from time to time. Hard to find. It’s on the corner of bell road and grand ave by the pizza hut and around the corner from Michael’s, close to taco bell.

I find it very insulting to have someone pour samples for a grown adult. I walked out the first time. Today the girl was very apologetic about it. Seriously owner of the yogurt shop, get a clue. Just children need help, not adults. It’s also very expensive. 12 ounces $ 5?

Yummy fro yo, but I thought it was hard to find. Good selection of toppings. The girl working there wasn’t very friendly. As soon as I paid she retreated to the back of the store/kitchen.

Stopped by while visiting Arizona. Friendly staff who will let you have a sample to taste. Not a huge selection of yogurt flavors and only strawberries on the toppings bar, the rest was candies. Seating inside and out. Yogurt was just okay.

This is a clean, friendly frozen yogurt shop that offers about ten different, sugar-free, yogurt flavors. Several are available all year like vanilla, but a few flavors change with the season. The store clerk will provide you with a sample if there is a flavor you think might interest you. Even if you don’t try the samples, when you grab your bowl, you can dispense a shot of several flavors you would like to try. I’m a lover of Island Banana and Birthday Cake. There are also a variety of fruit, candy, cookie, and syrup toppings to try. Just remember this place charges by weight, so the more you add to your bowl, the more expensive it is. There are a few tables inside and outside where you can plop down and enjoy your creamy creation. If you have a well-behaved, leashed dog with you, he or she is welcome to sit with you on the outside patio, just don’t bring your furry friend inside the store.

This is a pretty neat place, It’s just your typical yogurt self serve place. You come in, grab a cup, dispense your yogurt and add toppings. Then you go to the front of the counter and place it on the scale. But one thing I noticed was the time and effort they give you. As soon we walked in, someone greeted us. Walked with us to the dispensers, and asked us if we wanted to have a sample of them. Having a 6 and 7 yr old with you, this is very helpful. They even recommend us to try some of the flavors, I declined at first. But when they said I would regret it, I tried their salted caramel! Funny how that was the flavor I ended up getting. This is something we don’t usually do a lot, but when we do, It will be Razzleberriez,.

Good frozen yogurt but the management NEEDS to tell their female employees to stop checking out women’s husbands. Every time I have been there, every girl will be so sweet to my husband and completly be so rude to me. I’m getting so so so close to saying something to these little home wreckers! -.-

Good service, nice location not to busy but also close to everything! Outside patio with plenty of lounge space. Inside as plenty of selections of frozen yogurt(and they change weekly). Three tv’s with lots of space to sit down and get away from the heat of AZ if you get hang. All in all try it out! You won’t be disappointed.

Yogurt is watery and expensive. Fro-Yo should be much thicker than this. It shouldn’t be a liquid 5 minutes after you start eating it. The only upside is that they offer the usual samples along with a loyalty program.

Another great yogurt place on the westside. The people working were nice. The place was clean and well organized. I loved all the extra cookie options that they had to offer too. The special flavors were great too! Can’t wait to go back!

Very nice little place. It’s a pretty typical fro-yo shop, but the service here was great. Everything was also very clean. They had a good amount of topping choices. They also have a small selection of baked toppings by the cups. I had their salted caramel fro-yo with Butterfinger and Oreos and it was really good. A few other flavors that I liked were the Reese’s peanut butter cup and the pomegranate. Good selection of fro-yo flavors and nice atmosphere, so I will definitely be back next time I pass through.

Friendly service, free samples, several options of frozen yogurt and several options of toppings… YES! Sign me up! I frequent this place when I visit the area every year! It’s yummy! They make you weigh your purchases separately, and that seems inefficient, but it’s not a big deal.

I don’t get it, I remember the good ol TCBY frozen yogurt. Creamy and smooth, real flavors. This stuff melts weird in your mouth and the flavors all taste artificial and the same in a weird way. So over priced. The only good thing was how nice they are, really good customer service.

Salted caramel frozen yogurt? YESPLEASE! It’s no secret that I’m a big Fro-Yo fan and this spot, though a bit hard to find amid all the hub-bub of the big strip mall off Bell and Grand, is definitely worth the visit. Fro-Yo is fresh tasting with great flavor combinations to choose from. For those looking, it’s on the side near where B of A, Starbucks and is right next to Pizza Hut. The one thing I would change is the stark-white tables and chairs. Not a good mix with kids coming in. It seems to be becoming an industry standard with Fro-Yo places and this place is pretty sterile. The neon colored spoons are fun though and there is a wide variety of mix-ins to add to your Fro-Yo if you so desire. A piece of advice – I hope that Razzleberriez will remember – when the snowbirds leave, your best customers are going to be us residents and we have kids so don’t forget to appeal and cater to us as well. We’ll be loyal to you if you are loyal to us!
