I went to the store and ordered linoleum which was supposed to be within a weeks and I was supposed to pick it up at the store after two weeks plus a few days I called the store wondering where my linoleum was as it should have been in the gentleman informed me that he would call the warehouse that maybe it was in I waited two hours to hear back from him only to find out that indeed my linoleum was in at the warehouse(note once again it was SUPPOSED to be at the store not the warehouse), but there was a tear in it 3 foot in. I requested my money back which they gave me. I’m sorry but although the salesman were nice and courteous, I would not go to this company again, nor would I recommend it

Ordered a rug in August, it’s November, still no rug! Very upset, we spent a lot of money and still we have no product.

What kind of carpet store does not allow you to check out samples? Brett told me the samples don’t leave the store and when he comes out to measure he will bring them. How would I even know if I want the carpet if I can’t view the sample in my home? Colors and textures look very different in different environments. Seems the store would lose a lot of money and time by bringing samples out and none of them work… in my case I left the store and you lost a customer who was looking to do an entire home. Many merchants charge a fee to your credit card, which they reimburse once you return the samples. This is totally acceptable… But this was not an option they would consider. I’m willing to bet you have lost many, many customers due to this policy.
