Sue was definitely informative and helpful, but the place she found for my Mom — who had Alzheimer’s — was owned and operated by good folks whose culutral background was not a match for us. The language barrier was also difficult to navigate, since the owners/​operators spoke English as a 2nd language. We eventually moved my Mom to a different location, because she just wasn’t comfortable there.
I would be up front with Sue and discuss if Filipino-​owned facilities are the right fit for your situation.

Sue is incredible. Not simply a resource but much much more. Her knowledge, experience and relationships are beyond comparison. There’s nothing I would hesitate to trust.
