I cannot understand the good reviews of this place. My wife and I first ordered two glasses of Sauvignon and we’re told they didn’t have it for single glasses. The waiter, Sebastian, really seemed to have a bad, stuck up attitude. We settled for Pinot Grigio, and ordered dinner. My wife had the pumpkin ravioli with a bowl of the chic pea soup. The soup was bland. The ravioli was okay. We were surprised that no vegetables accompanied the meal. I ordered the «pizza» with the tuna. When I ordered it, the waiter snidely said the tuna was raw. No, really? Well, it wasn’t a pizza but a large piece of flatbread with the tuna and sauce spread out. The tuna was good, but the it was no way a pizza.
The waiter never bothered to check on anything, offer us cheese or salt and pepper, or drink refills. We decided to pass on dessert.
And they added 18% for service. My wife talked me out of arguing over it.
So, average to below average food and lousy service. Not a repeat.

Ate at this place with my husband and son and felt very ripped off. Cost was $ 65 total for the salmon salad, spaghetti squash and ravioli. There is nothing served with the squash and ravioli entrees (just 4 pieces of ravioli were served as an entrée). I found this to be really slim for the price. You could at least serve something like rice or pasta or grilled vegetables with the entrees to make it a complete meal. I realize that it is kosher which is why we came here but was hoping for a full meal and was dissatisfied.

My boss brought the staff here for lunch to celebrate my recent marriage and it was a very pleasant dining experience! If Unilocal allowed half stars, this would be a 4.5 rating. The ambiance is adorable!!! It felt like we were in trendy Wynwood or Soho, not Surfside (nothing against cozy Surfside, it’s just nice to see current design make it’s way north). They really did a lovely job with the décor and it was a very cute place to have a celebration! The food was excellent — we had the onion soup which I inhaled every bit of it was so delicious. It was light, or would have been, but we ordered extra cheese breads to add to it and that made it so scrumptious! The broth itself was perfect, not too greasy, but hearty. The Pear and Parmesan salad was my favorite thing and one of the best salads I’ve ever had. That is a BIG statement coming from this salad connoisseur. The Eggplant Parm was really, really surprising! I’m typically not that into this dish but it was fresh and amazing and unlike any other eggplant Parm I’ve tried. It wasn’t mushy at all, well done! All of the dishes were rich with veggies for a nice healthy balance.
For dessert we all shared the Chocolate soufflé and a warm chocolate chip cookie, both with ice cream. The ice cream was great, the desserts themselves were pretty good, I mean what warm chocolate chip cookie and chocolate cake are bad… but didn’t blow me away with unique-​ness.
I deduct .5 stars for two reasons. Please take as constructive criticism :)
#1; Please get adult-​sized water glasses. The little low ball glasses are cute, and go with the artisanal vibe, but this is Miami in May, and we’re going to need a bit more than 4 oz at a time. Perhaps leave a carafe on the table?
#2; While we were dining we saw the desserts being delivered in covered trays. When the waitress was telling us about the dessert offerings, she said they were all made in house. Riddle me that, Chef. It’s perfectly fine to outsource bakery items, sometimes it is better that way because a great bakery may outdo your pastry chef and self-​awareness is a good thing in the restaurant business. My request would be to be transparent about it. Maybe even tell us a little bit about the bakery and why you support them :)
A fabulous lunch enjoyed by all. We are thrilled to have a new Kosher option in the area that has a unique flair and a beautiful menu! I will be back for that Pear Salad!

This restaurant has great service and wonderful food. The food here consists of all types of fish, salads, pizza, and many other unique sides. You will leave here full as can be due to the very filling meals. I ordered the grilled salmon and fettuccini Alfredo. The salmon was great. The inside was cooked perfectly, and the outside was just the right amount of crunchy. The Alfredo was delicious, but it gave me a little stomach ache. The pasta had a very strong flavor, but still good. We ordered meals for six people and it all arrived very quickly from our appetizers to the main meals. I didn’t order dessert, but I know that they had a lot of choices that sounded tasty. Overall, I was very impressed by the food and service Rustiko.

thumbs up, the flavors and freshness are spot on and since we are vegetarians a perfect eatery from this kosher dairy place. Rustiko is new and we look forward to coming back very soon!

This is a great neighbourhood restaurant. Service was good and the food was outstanding. Our table had the spinach/​quinoa salad which was one of the best and freshest salads i have had. The table also had pasta and a cheese pizza. All of it was very fresh and excellent. Will return and recommend you do as well.

Great food, their salads are delicious and the pizza was wonderful. Staff was very attentive and the food was out of the kitchen quickly which was a plus since we had small children with us.

Fresh ingredients, great service, food delightful and armony presentation balanced with the concept, very good experience to share.

First of all, love the ambience. The pear salad was absolutely delicious. We also got the fettuccine and the pasta itself was super tender and flavorful. We wee in for a super quick dinner and the service was fast.
