Bob Crout Painting Contractor

Don’t hire Bob Crout. He gave me an estimate ($ 2000) to paint the exterior of the house. He gave me a date to start and I hired a pressure washer to finish right before Crout was to start. Well, the house got pressure washed. But Crout NEVER showed. I told him that the wood was now exposed and I needed him to start. He lied to me about losing the phone, then he started to hedge, then wouldn’t return my calls. Then my house got carpenter bees. I had to pay $ 250 to get an exterminator. Now i have to interview other painters to get someone to start as soon as possible. There is a lag time as they are all busy. So now I’m fighting carpenter bees off and the potential of wood rot and termites as my exposed wood waits for a painter! Bob Crout is a lying snake. NEVER hire him.
