Sutter Filtration System

Needed a home filtration system. They came out promptly and installed the same week. They service our system monthly. I have no need to ever call them or look for them. I love a company that delivers what they promise.

I just moved to a home that has a well and needed some help with my water.
Carl answered his phone on a Saturday and was at my house in 20 minutes.
He corrected an issue I was having and didnt even charge for the visit. I was shocked. Also, he has insanely reasonable rates for monthly maintenance.

Sutter delivered and installed a softener at my home. Their pricing was substantially lower than the competition and they have stood behind it. They must have gotten a bad batch of some $ 2 PVC fittings. The installer returned very promptly to replace it. He was very apologetic. When it happened a second time, he said he was going to pick up higher-​grade Schedule 80 fittings from a marine supplier as several customers had the problem recently. He arrived within 2 hours to repair. There was no charge for either repair.
I was in a hurry for the initial installation as I was moving in at the time. Because a poured (and twice pavered) concrete walkway blocked access to water pipes, I had the installer place the softener in bushes beside the walkway. After hiring another contractor to cut out part of the walkway, I called Sutter back to move the softener. They came promptly and their charge was very reasonable.
I dealt with the owner, Carl, entirely by email. He explained everything very well. The installer Chad was excellent. He clearly had a difficult job, digging through roots in the hot sun, but did it very well. Highly recommended.
