Flippo’s Indoor Playground and Cafe

Loved this place kept my three year old daughter, 7 and 11 y/​o nieces exhausted and extremely entertained. Price is overly expensive for food. And entrance was kinda steep as well. But I enjoyed myself I was able to climb jump and play as well which is always great!

The place is clean and food is great, but very expensive! ! After being there for 2 hours and spending almost $ 60 (lunch, coffee, ice cream) I was told I needed to leave or purchase socks for 3.17. They didn’t tell me when I got there that adults need to wear socks even if your kids are old enough to play by themselves. Not coming back, plenty of other places to go

The place was great and new when we had my daughter birthday party in December. My kids and their friends had a blast. My only issue was for the amount I paid for the party and extra food, and drinks they should have let you stay in the party room for aleast three hours. We were rushed out the room for another party when there were other party rooms not used and i didnt see the other party use that room as we were pushed out into the cafeteria area. I even offered to pay for another hour and nope wasn’t allowed either. Other than that my kids had fun. Will bring my kids back to play just not havibg anymore parties there.

Great place for older kids 5 and over, BUT COST WAY TOO MUCH. AGAIN COST WAY TOO MUCH!!! Example $ 3.17 for one pair of socks, $ 2.99 for 1 bottle of Sprite. $ 15.00 a kid on weekends.

Nice new place and kids had fun! Rooms are way to small even for 12 kids! You need 21 for 2 rooms. For the money you pay you need to be comfortable and not have the rest of your party standing outside the door not seeing what’s going on in the party room. That needs to be changed ! The pizza was awful and it went to wast as most of the kids didn’t like it. The rap music playing was not very kid friendly… If they change a few of these things the place would be perfect… I’m happy to go back to play but to book another party probably not until the room rules change… Way to small for 12 kids and my party guest had to stand outside the room.

I just had my son’s second birthday party there and overall I was happy with how things came out. I had about 23 children there and the party package only allowed for 12 children. Each additional child was $ 15.99, which I knew about and I was fine with that. It was just unclear of how much pizza was allowed with each additional child. I wound up ordering 4 additional pizzas for $ 12.99 each. It was very unclear what this establishment included in terms of food for the additional kids. I understand the $ 15.99 included admission, but I’m not sure what else.
Other than that, since my party consisted of 23 children plus their parents, there was probably over 40 people at the party. There was only one hostess helping out. This was the only thing that put a bit of a damper on the party. I wanted to celebrate and speak with my guests and spend more time with my son and his friends. Instead, I was assisting in serving the pizza, drinks and cake. I knew it wasn’t easy for one person to serve this many people (including small children.) I completely understand this so therefore I helped serve my guests. It would also have been a bit nicer if the person preparing the pizza would have cut it more thoroughly. Instead, I felt like I had to break some pieces apart. That was annoying.
I explained that there should have been another host or hostess helping out and just being present in the party room. For example, when the hostess was cutting the cake, she had to leave the room to get more plates. Instead, if there were another person around, that person could have brought the stuff.
When Flippo came out to greet the children, they all had a ball. The playground was great. I felt safe there. I liked the fact that there were a lot of staff members around the playground area to just be present there. Overall, everyone had a great time. My guests all said it was a very nice party. I would recommend this place.

It is very affordable and tge kids had fun but the 2 stars is for the service and food they over charge my Co worker who was having the party for his daughter then I order two pizzas 1 large and 1 pepperoni with green peppers and mushroom the cheese was over cook and the peppers and mushrooms was without pepperoni I took it back for the guy to add pepperoni and then throw it back into the oven smh I laugh the I order buffalo wings and it came without the Buffalo sauce I again said something for the guy to just apologize and move on I spoke with the manager to first of all thank them and then to bring awareness to the quality of food I also told him that I don’t want a refund and I’m not going to bust their chops to bad since they only open in October of 2015 but if you want to get the kids to bed early bring them here

This place is great! Almost everyday my son begs to go to Flippos. It’s clean, safe and fun for kids to get out their energy. The staff is friendly and polite, especially Giovanna who goes above and beyond for guests.

My son, who is 3.5 loves Flippos. Great place for him to use up all of his energy on a rainy or super hot day.
Their wide array of activities, as well that parents are allowed to join the fun (yes, I secretly loved the ball cannons) makes it a perfect place for dad’s like me.
After playing, decided to check out their food, and we’re pleasantly surprised with the wide array of options and how tasty it was.
I was expecting, given the traffick, that their bathrooms would be dirty, but even here it was a pleasant surprise. Clean and shiny! Even though I don’t understand some people going in their socks! ((
My son, who is a big fan of spiderman, says he got another favorite-​Flippo the Hippo! Thinking about a birthday party here.

Brought my 2 kids (aged 8 and 11). Very affordable prices, considering we spent a whole day there!
Coffee was great, as well as a big variety of menu options, which were actually tasty!
Clean, friendly staff, a lot of activities for kids. A perfect retreat for kids, and a bit of rest for adults!
Will be doing the birthday parties here!

Cute spot and kids had fun until a school of 30+ kids arrived and were let loose to run around while their «chaperones» sat on their phones. I had to bring two kids down from the jungle gym crying bc they got kicked and nobody was watching them. I understand kids will be kids but somebody needs to be stationed up top by the slides to make sure kids really are being safe. Especially if you are charging $ 8-​$ 15 to get in! More expensive then most places, no restriction on kid count inside jungle gym and only one staff member walking around during week days. Cute concept and probably will come back but I stay with my toddler when she goes up in the play area to insure her safety. A birthday party would be cute if the $ 350 they charge included an hour of free play with restricted general public occupancy. At least 8 kids have been hurt crying since I’ve been here. This place is new, so I hope they read reviews and adjust their safety standards they promise when you pay.

We checked out Flippos as an option for my sons 6^th birthday and brought my 13 year old daughter along… they BOTH had such a blast and we all enjoyed our lunch, and they amazing staff We booked his birthday party here. You gotta check it out !

We had my grandson’s 5^th birthday here. It was great! The food was good, coffee was awesome :-) The staff was so helpful and really took care of us. The park/​playground area is wonderful… We couldn’t get the kids to leave!

New, clean, and not over run with people. Great facility and way better than most playgrounds around. Bit of a drive for us, but worth it because my kids have a blast. Horribly long waiver to sign the first time though, with two screaming kids it’s terrible.

Thank you! Thank you!!! I had my son’s birthday party with you guys today and it was amazing!!! Your staff is so professional, on time and really helpful!!! Everything was PERFECT and stress free! The room was decorated exactly how I envisioned and all our guests enjoyed the indoor playground facility!!! My party hostess Brianna was so helpful and proactive!!! Whenever I would think to ask her for help with something she was already on it and completing the task! She even helped me take gifts and leftovers to our cars!!! I will definitely be taking my son to enjoy the playground in the future and all my mom friends agree. We can’t wait to have play dates at Flippos!!!

i took my 3 ½ year old grandson and he had a super time running around in the indoor play areas. he played basketball, ran up and down slides and just had fun… and i enjoyed being out of the sun and heat of the outside. very clean and new, with helpful workers… we will definately go back.
