I am not sure why this location have such a low stars. It is a normal Round Table Pizza. I have only taking out, and the workers/management has been nothing but nice and professional. My order was correct, the pizza was yummy as usual. Picked up a pizza on Saturday during lunch and it was about 20 mins wait.

Nothing about this location. Had pizza to go and they were prompt and efficient. .my review is about their MAUIZAUI.Horrible. .horrible.thinking I was getting a typical hawaiian pizza. what I got was all horrible barbecue sauce. tasted terrible.overwhelming. .that is all you could taste on this pizza. Shame on round table. don’t call it hawaiian pineapple anything. it sucked…

I had never walked into a pizza place and ordered, waited 40 minutes before asking where my pizza was, only for them to tell me they RANOUTOFPIZZADOUGH until I visited this place. Like how does that even happen??? Also the cashier was incredibly unfriendly and forgot that I had ordered beer a mere five seconds after the transaction was done. «Wait uh did you get anything to drink?» Yeah buddy it was the last thing I ordered, that should be fresh in your head still. Seriously though, if you’re gonna run out of pizza dough(of all things) don’t keep me hanging for 40 minutes.

The manager & staff are so unfriendly. The food isn’t like normal Round Table Pizzas. I booked a family dinner here. My daughter(off all people)! Didn’t eat any pizza. My husband and I felt stomach pain after eating the salad buffet. I’m so disgusted in the $ 75 we spent. Microwaved frozen wings?! Yuck! No wonder they’re always hiring! I hear they underwent new management. Gross. Gross. Gross.

I wish I could give them zero. I wait close to 40 minutes to have one piece pizza. Their table was empty.

Came here for lunch for the lunch buffet 10 minutes before noon. There were no pizzas out and in hindsight we should have left at that point but the guy assured us pizza would be out in 5 minutes. So we decided to stay. First pizza came out 15 minutes later. 1 pizza for all the customers? Really? Then slowly, 1 pizza at a time. We were just sitting there waiting for each pizza to come out. It was such a horrible lunch and experience. Never coming back here again

This is the worst round table I’ve ever been to. The workers are so rude and unprofessional that it makes me cringe. So we walk in and it’s a hallway where you can see where they make pizza and so we go through to get to the counter. And as we enter this old white man(one making pizza) looked at us and sighed and looked at us like«wtf are you guys doing here…» Then we get to front and there was an employee who turned around and mumbled under her breath! Like you guys haven’t even closed! It’s not our fault you hate your job and want to leave! You guys need better customer service.

Tried to customize a pizza with pineapple and ham, as the menu advertised that I could do for $ 16.50 but was told that the manager would not allow that. Apparently, the fact that this is a Hawaiian pizza dictates an extra $ 2.50 charge. That dictated me walking out the door.

I ordered a King Arthur’s Supreme. It was loaded with quality toppings, cooked well, and overall delicious. This review is not on the quality of the food. I would highly recommend Round Table Pizza. I have always enjoyed eating pizza from here. This review is for this location’s business conduct and procedures. I wanted to reach out directly and privately to the owner of this location, whose name apparently is Shawn, but the employees did not have a business card, email address, or contact number for him. So, I resort to Unilocal to communicate to him. I ordered an extra large King Arthur’s Supreme which totaled about $ 32. I was set on applying a coupon that I had located via Round Table’s website(15% off). The cashier would not accept a digital version of the coupon which I had pulled up on my phone. I was a little baffled by this because this is California, arguably the state with the most eco-friendly legislation. The cashier said that the owner would only honor a printed copy of the coupon. The coupon did have a disclaimer that read«Print coupon to receive discount.» In a day and age where paper conservation and print cartridge reduction are priorities, this establishment is behind. Sadly, this is the same for all the Round Table Pizzas in Sunnyvale. Here is a simple resolution and sensible resolution: I encourage your establishment to have printed copies on hand so that guests who are unable or reluctant to print can still take advantage of your business coupons. Thank you for your high quality pizzas, but please reconsider your business practices and policies.

Tuesdays are half off days! The pizza is a little greasy but it’s also . The customer service is always really good here. I don’t understand all of these negative reviews. Some people set their expectations too high. It’s a pizza joint! Highly recommend for families and groups of friends. It is a little pricey if you don’t do the half off special or get coupons.

What a nasty rip-off! I phoned in my order for a medium all-meat to go($ 21.99). I brought in the Valpak coupon which offered 50% off on Tuesdays. First the guy entered in another coupon for the page, only 15% off. Then when he entered in the right one, his screen told him this(I saw the screen): pizza $ 21.99 discount $ 11.00 total $ 15.54 That makes a tax of $ 4.55, a sales tax rate of 41.4%. Sales tax in Sunnyvale is 8.75%. The guy didn’t see anything wrong with this. He said he doesn’t set the tax rate.(He’s sure right he doesn’t, and neither does his computer.) He said that what the computer says, that’s what he charges. I asked to speak to the manager. He said he was the manager. Then he told me I was being rude and disruptive(to whom? there was nobody else in the place except for the pizza maker, and now I know why). Well, yes I was pretty cheesed off, but that was because this guy was trying to rip me off and didn’t give a hoot about it. I’d call him the rude and disruptive one. I walked out with no pizza. I went home and called to file complaints with the State Board of Equalization(which enforces sales tax in California), who were very helpful, and Round Table corporate, who were apologetic and kindly. Something may be done. In the meantime, don’t buy your pizza here.

Ok, even though I saw bad reviews I said to myself I was going to try it out! So what happens? Bad service… I asked for specials. No specials. Water. They wanted $ 2.43 for a cup. So I buy a 2liter in that case, ask for a plastic cup… Sorry can’t drink off 2liter inside store… Wtf. Type of service.

Don’t order here. I ordered a $ 30 pizza and paid online thinking it would be easier. Upon arrival I’m told it’s 50% off on Tuesdays. I ask if we can apply the discount or even the 10%coupon we brought(online does not allow you to apply any discounts). The cashier said«there’s really nothing we can do». Ok great, you just lost a customer.

Have been going here for years. I think about a year ago, the owners changed. Not as good, but still ok. My last two pizzas where poor though. The Tuesday 50% off deal seems to affect the quality. My previous pizza had no sauce on it. This last one had only a little red sauce, even after i complained while making the order. When i picked it up and mentioned this to the employee(manager?), he could care less. Won’t be going to this location anymore. There are several other locations nearby, why buy from a place with bad attitude? One star, not for the sauceless pizza, but because they didn’t care. Maybe they think that they are justified to cut corners for 50% off pizza. I don’t.

Getting off a long day of work I was in no mood to cook. It was also late enough where things were closing. Hankering for pizza, i dropped in roght before they closed. Seems like some old boys club(im talking retired dudes here) was taking place and they owned the back of the resto. Got an individual pepperoni and an iced tea while watching sports center and children’s hospital. Talk about tv dichotomy. The old guy working there epwas a bit gruff but straightforward. A pro stop for laziness in non cooking

Got so excited when I saw that this place was so close to my work. Then I went over one day for lunch and found out that, unlike other locations, this one does not sell by the slice! Boo. I may be a fattie, but even I know better than to order an entire pizza for myself. Coworker had a coupon for a $ 5 personal flatbread though, so I went over today to use it. Ordered in advance for pickup when my shift was over, and it was ready when I got back. Brief notes about my time in the restaurant: employees can do job efficiently, but aren’t particularly friendly. As others have said, restaurant is very dim. Salad bar/buffet didn’t look particularly appealing. Made my way home with my food– got the pepperoni flatbread and a six piece of the spicy wings. Wings were a good mix of large pieces and some smaller ones, and the cup of ranch that went with it was tiny but somehow I did not finish it– flavor of wings alone was good enough that the ranch wasn’t necessary. Also they weren’t very spicy. The flatbread smelled amazing. Taste wasn’t as good as the smell, but it was still good. Considering this is a «personal» size, it isn’t actually for one person to consume alone– menu states each piece is 240 calories, and it’s four pieces. The flatbread is larger than expected, and barely fit in the box– two slices overlapped and the cheese from the bottom one stuck to the one on top of it, which was annoying. Pricing was good– again, I had the coupon, and the wings were like $ 5 for the 6 piece order– so total was about $ 12, which isn’t bad as it could have been shared. Next time would add an order of garlic knots and/or a side salad and split all with the BF.
