The quality has declined so much. I’ve been an occasional customer for years and the last two times I’ve ordered a sandwich, it wasn’t even close to being toasted. Barely warm. I used to really like the food and the service, but both are disappointing.

Typical Quiznos, in that the service and food is good. This location is in the same complex as a Starbucks and laundromat, so that’s a plus.

My office just relocated nearby and I’ve been here a few times now. I don’t get why this place gets such a bad rap. C’mon, it’s a Quizno’s. You are here for sandwiches. Not filet mignon, not escargot and not rack of lamb. You know what you are getting into before you walk in the door. In my experiences, the service at this location is pretty decent and the food is consistent. Last time I was there, the soda fountain was out of syrup. I told one of the employees behind the counter and he immediately stopped working on the order he was putting together to get it going so I could have a soda. When I want something quick, fairly inexpensive and tasting like a Quizno’s sandwich, this is where I go. to Quizno’s.

Sandwiched are ok. Shop is clean and comfortable. its a franchise. The owners are not engaging, the staff is there only for the pay check. Owner doesnt listen, kind of yells at you, more concerned about being right than serviing the customer. I left without the sandwich rather than have her try to explain how she messed up the order, and its my fault. So an ok sandwich shop, but I wont go back.

I used to love Quizno’s as a kid and I had such fond memories of their toasted sandwiches overflowing with meat and cheese. I ordered my old favorite, the carbonara sandwich, and it was just not up to par. At this location, the filling in the sandwich was barely there. I understand holding back a little, but this sandwich was primarily bread. Also, I think there was something wrong with their toaster because my sandwich came out cold. This just wasn’t a good experience. Either Quizno’s has gone downhill just as a chain or this place just does a terrible job putting together the sandwiches… I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Their sandwiches are nasty. The guy who made it didn’t bother to drain the water from the chicken. Thanks for making my bread all soggy causing the sandwich to fall apart, jerk! My Mesquite Chicken sandwich also did not taste right. I would have complained, but I took it to go and did not discover the problems until I got home. My bad. Considering this is part of a chain, I think that the corporate headquarters really should do an evaluation of this place. They’re sullying the corporate brand name with their inferior products!

Quiznos is a chain and the food tastes the same as at every other Quiznos. So I’m not going to review that, duh. I am going to review the fact that my $ 5 large cost $ 5.99 over here. That sucks. I should’ve just grabbed a sandwich before I left Milpitas.

Of course, Quizno’s is a very large chain, and like most very large chains, the sandwiches are nothing to get excited about. That said, they can be a decent standby when you’re looking for a sandwich and don’t know any other place to find one. The ambiance of Quizno’s is bright and colored, with plenty of seating for anybody who decides to stick around and nibble on his or her sandwich. Service has always been friendly; the owner here, especially, is very kind and willing to strike up a conversation. All the other workers seem to have taken a cue from him, and are very pleasant to interact with. I’ve been to Quizno’s many times, so here are a few thoughts on their sandwiches… The Peppercorn Steakhouse Dip: This one is my personal favorite of all of their sandwiches. Their peppercorn sauce has a nice spiciness to it that really goes well with the prime rib and peppercorn flavors. Also, I’m a sucker for a French dip, so all of this paired off with an au jus for dipping is just perfect. The Prime Rib & Peppercorn: This is the same as the Peppercorn Steakhouse Dip, but without the au jus. Definitely a good option, too. The Classic Italian: This is another one that I like. It comes with ham, pepperoni, salami, and capicola. Good flavors already, although what really makes this sandwich is the red wine vinaigrette that they serve it with; the vinaigrette has an excellent flavor to it. The Chipotle Prime Rib: This is the same as the Prime Rib & Peppercorn(above), except that they use Chipotle sauce instead of peppercorn sauce. I definitely prefer their peppercorn sauce, and find their chipotle sauce to be just okay. If you’re thinking of this sandwich, I’d advise giving the Prime Rib & Peppercorn a shot instead. Prime Rib & Blue: Also the same as the Prime Rib & Peppercorn(above), except that they use a blue cheese dressing instead of the peppercorn sauce. Their blue cheese dressing doesn’t have the characteristic sharpness of blue cheese, and I don’t particularly care for it. Again, if you’re considering this one, I’d advice the Prime Rib & Peppercorn instead. The Buffalo Chicken: It’s not bad, although it’s not good either. I love a good buffalo sauce, and this buffalo sauce isn’t really that good, nor is it all that spicy. The Traditional: Not my favorite. It’s roast beef, turkey, ham, and a ranch dressing. I definitely prefer spiced deli meats to unspiced ones, as you get a better flavor to it. As such, I definitely prefer the Class Italian(which has spiced meats, i.e., pepperoni, salami, and capicola on it), instead of The Traditional, where you largely just taste the ranch dressing. So, there you have it. I guess the Cliff’s notes version is that all of their sandwiches that combine prime rib and peppercorn are quite good, and another good option is the Classic Italian. The others, are just okay. Once you know what to order here, the experience isn’t bad at all! A tip: Remember that they also have a self-serve condiments station at the end, where you can get banana peppers, jalapenos, or pickles. I love adding banana peppers to my Classic Italian sandwich!

It amazes me how many times they mess up. They must have a high food cost with all the food that they toss due to the employees mistakes. I love the samies. Soups and salads are good. They have good deals on the internet coupons. All in all food good service sucks.

One word: EXPENSIVE Two words: Cooked poorly Three words: Not good quality I’ve been to this location a few times before. Sometimes«toasted» means your bread is burnt, more often it means not even warm. This visit I went with a Groupon, so I only had to pay for my drink. $ 2.23. For a small fountain soda. Movie theaters are cheaper! As usual, my sandwich wasn’t even very good. The chicken wasn’t warmed through, even though the sandwich was«toasted»(bread slightly warmed). I had said I’d never go back, then the Groupon deal came out. Now that I’ve used that up, I really will never return. So expensive for a poor sandwich.

No problems with this Quiznos. I’ve been a few times and they’re never crowded, which does make me wonder why they’re still in business. Maybe cheap rent? Anyway, they’ve got all the standard sandwiches, clean bathrooms, and they take credit card. In and out the door in less than 5 minutes. I’ll be back if I’m in the mood for a quick meal.

I like sandwich shops and Quizno’s is in my top 3 for sandwich shops. I really like the quality of their food and also the toasting of the sandwich. It really makes a difference in taste. There’s a large selection of sandwiches and all of them look very tasty. I haven’t had the chance to try their steak sandwiches but it’s on my list to try next. Here’s what I have tried: Favs: Turkey ranch swiss Honey bourbon chicken Honey bacon club Mesquite chicken Chicken carbonara Baja chicken Honey mustard chicken Oven roasted turkey The location is right next to a Starbucks so if you feel like a coffee, you can get one. But I don’t think anyone ever reaches for a coffee after a sandwich. Having the option to do so is good. There is a small parking lot, front and back and I’ve never had a problem with not finding a parking space. Good location and good food! menu:

Got the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had here. The pain woke me up in the middle of the night and still hasn’t gone away a day and a half later; that night I even threw up and then went to the ER. Intestinal inflammation, etc etc. I ordered a chicken carbonara and chili, so maybe I got what I was asking for.

Bread is a little bit better done than at Subway. Expected better flavor since the meats and cheese look more real, but they taste just as fake. Prices are out of line. Paid over $ 10 for a medium steak sub combo. If the food were noticeably tastier than Subway I would come back, but it’s not so I won’t.

This place is much better than the Subway up the street on Mary. Both places get pretty crowded during lunchtime, but if you go at dinnertime you won’t have a problem. Ingredients: I ordered a turkey sub with wheat bread. The bread here tastes better and fresher than Subway’s, whose bread tastes like it came out of a freezer. Meat and veggies at Quizno’s taste fresher too. Workers: The guy who made my sandwich at this Quizno’s greeted me when I came in and patiently answered my questions. He was cool when I asked for extra veggies, whereas at Subway, they’re always stingy and give me attitude and threaten to charge me extra when I ask for«too much». Price: Some sandwiches soar into the $ 7 range, but they have a small selection of $ 5 footlongs(like my turkey sub) for the budget-conscious diner. Edit: No more $ 5 footlongs. The cheapest footlongs are now $ 5.99 — so sad.

BIG fan of Quizno’s. Unlike other certain«sub oriented sandwiches», Quizno’s actually uses real meat. And it’s reasonably high quality meat. AND they give you a ton of choices on how you want that meat prepared. I’ve gone to this particular Quizno’s multiple times, always a perfect sandwich, served with Diet Pepsi(a huge plus, always), and a great(although not up to the wife’s standard) oatmeal cookie. The ONLY ding I have about this particular Quizno’s is the parking. It sucks if you go within 12 hours of lunchtime. Really. But getting an actual sub that’s edible makes it so worth it.

The startup lilke requires late nights sometimes and engineers on the most part are creatures of habit. I usually make it a point to get home in time to cook dinner but there are those days I just gotta eat before I leave. For corporate accounts, they do have this cool email system where everyone puts in their order and it shows up in the organizers inbox with a web page with who got what. Nice use of technology from a sandwich vendor. Then at the specified time, the guy show up with your orders! Pretty neat actually. Since the prime rib peppercorn is the only sandwich I’ll get, it at least comes out consistently. 3.5 stars.

Hi Quizno’s in Sunnyvale. I am not standing there at 2pm on a busy Friday for my health. I am not there to lollygag and ruminate about the past week. I am hungry and am trying to redeem the coupon I had in hand. I did not appreciate watching you talk nonchalantly to friends while you slowly made sandwiches. There were two employees, two customers, and I waited 5 minutes without even and acknowledgement that I was there. In a recession, you’d think business would worry more about customer retention. As much as I hate that flingin’ flangin’ $ 5 footloooooong song, it’s back to Subway for me. Thanks for nothing.

Verdict on the new«sammies,» in order of awesomeness: Sonoma Turkey: YES, it has chipotle mayo, the best sauce ever made. And turkey. It’s good, especially if you like baja chicken. Bistro Steak Melt: yum. Better meat, better sauce, and better flavor than the roadhouse steak. Alpine Chicken: Pretty solid: basically a smaller mesquite chicken /honey bourbon chicken. Which are good. But not baja chicken or turkey bacon guacamole good. Italiano: Decent… basically a smaller Italian sandwich. Your buddy: «Hey let’s go get pepperoni pizza.» You: «No, let’s get quizno’s and you get the Italian. It tastes like pepperoni pizza anyway, but with less cheese. And cheese makes you fart.» Roadhouse steak: Just ok. It has one of those sauces that tastes like artificially sweet diet salad dressing, but not as bad as the cantina chicken. Cantina chicken: skip it at all costs: loaded with totally fake tasting low-calorie tasting salad dressing.
