Although I wasn’t able to get insurance via Farmers and their subsidiaries. I was very impressed by Kevin’s genuine efforts to help me out. He was very fast and quick to respond to my questions.
Just as the previous reviewer stated, I really felt like I was being cared for. Would try again if I didn’t have such a complicated case to ensure! :)

In an age of half hour waits for unintelligible or under-​trained call center staff who then bombard you with a squillion questions to prove that you are who you say you are, Kevin is a welcome throwback to a time when business was much more civilized. Here’s an office where you can walk in and he’ll recognize you, know your name, and probably know from memory roughly what you might be looking for.
This is customer service the way it used to be, i.e. professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Kevin is a total gentleman who really knows his stuff and will truly comes across as working on your behalf to get the best deal from Farmers Insurance. A pleasure to do business with and I don’t care if I can get great savings elsewhere, I value service like this.
Also, as an immigrant, Farmers makes sense for me since they take into account my driving experience before I entered the country.
