Staff is very nice. Bit of a wait, but the lobby plays videos for the kids so it’s not bad. Same staff for the past few years, which is always a good sign. Dr Shields comes out to talk to you after your child is finished. Office ladies are always friendly and courteous. I’d definitely recommend them.

The staff was great with my son during a traumatic incident when he fell and hit his teeth, but I cannot say the same about the advice given my wife regarding this office «accepting» our insurance. Yes, they took our insurance as an out-​of-​network provider. However, what they failed to mention (except on the boilerplate language in the stack of papers she was required to sign) was that our insurance would cover a significantly lower percent of a significantly higher charge from their office. What did this mean to us? $ 268 more in out of pocket costs. Be warned that when they say they accept your insurance, that doesn’t mean they’re in network.

This is my second time here and never have I experienced such a great treatment in a dentist office as I have here. It caters to kids and is full of toys and video games that distract your child from the real purpose of their visit. He goes in with no fear and comes out quite content and in little pain. They really do a great job at distracting them. As for the payment side, the payment due is always clear and never hidden charges, as I have experienced elsewhere. Very satisfied with them.
