$ 8 haircut in 8minutes. But don’t fret, the man is an artists and skilled at his craft. Not a lot chit chat, he gets down to business and cuts hair. One man shop during the week but on the weekends he has some helpers. Would definitely go again. Only down fall, no credit card but not that big of a deal.

The owner is very straight forward and busy when we go in later in the night. Never has any problems with the way my husband wants his hair cut. People should know how to tip properly even though the service is $ 8.00! I highly recommend this place you get what you pay for :)

haha. don’t come here if you’re getting ready for a date. Or if you are trying to impress a new boss. Or if you have vanity issues. Come here if you just want a damn haircut. For $ 8, which is a ludicrously low price. Complaining about how sparse and spartan the place is? Go somewhere else and pay more! Don’t like your fade? Go somewhere else and pay more! Don’t like having to wait for the barber to slowly cut hair a little bit inefficiently? Go somewhere else and pay more! Want them to take credit card? My god, go to sports clip, get the mvp treatment and PAYMORE. All in all, I was satisfied with this haircut. And I’m a fan of badass places like this that I can afford haha. So 3.5 stars, rounded up to 4 for being cheap.

They’re quick, inexpensive, and experienced barbers. I’ve had good experiences here.

Looks for TOM! It’s a good barber shop, jut that quick in and out. I’ve been going through a lot of barber shops and finally found my spot. For eight bucks and good work im all in! TOM is a great guy and he only works on weekdays.

I avoid hairdressers as a rule as there’s been so many times they haven’t listened to what I wanted — don’t backcomb… leave with a ratty mess; don’t use hairspray … leave with a sticky head; layer it … leave looking like Moe of the 3 Stooges. So I usually get my husband to just trim it short when I’m tired of pulling it back into a ponytail. He started going to Exact Cuts recently & I liked the results. So figured, why not give them a chance & I’m glad I did. I came in with pictures of several hairdos I was considering & showed Tom what I wanted(no backcombing, hairspray, an easy care do that I can get out of the shower & leave) and that’s exactly what he did with style to boot! I’ve been to several hairdressers in the Sunnyvale area & never got the kind of attention to detail & a good haircut that’s easy. I asked for layers so that my fine hair would look like it had some volume & structure & it looks great. Tom has officially become my hairdresser. And, it was only $ 12.

I wasn’t able to get a haircut before leaving for vacation. I wondered into Exact Cuts because of their sign for $ 8 haircuts. The place seemed clean, I wasn’t a fan of the cosmetologist using the same unwashed hairbrush and towel on me as the man he was finishing when I walked in. I made that known. The man cutting my hair never spoke a word to me until the end. It was the first time an Asian man stood on a step stool and used only clippers to cut my hair. All in all, the cut was worth the $ 8. If you’re looking for more of the experience find a barber shop. I would have loved a beard trim.

I stopped by today for a cut at 1pm before jumping onto Caltrain, and luckily there was no wait. Tom, the owner, provided a great cut, and even some suggestions how to make my thinning hair on top less noticeable. He’s running a promotion(or maybe it’s permanent) for an $ 8 men’s haircut. Thanks, Tom and welcome to the neighborhood!
