David rocks! David first helped us sell a home when we moved from the Bay Area to Seattle and later helped us buy a home when we moved back to the Bay Area. I will recommend him with the highest stars. He was very caring, took our budget and schooling needs into account and helped us clinch the deal at the same offer price as multiple buyers by staying engaged and putting a personal pitch for us. Dave provided outstanding service. He answered each and every question I had, which was more than once. Dave remained positive throughout the transaction and didn’t push me at all to make a decision. His experience and negotiating style are on point and my deal was inked. I also want to note that my deal was in another county and he was still able to pull this off with ease.
