I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now, and here’s what I can tell you: We got an $ 1100 rate for a 2 bdrm 1 bath unit The 2 brdm. apartments are very large — in the 1100 sq range. The kitchens are pretty basic(with a dishwasher and fairly new electric range), but they have HUGE pantries. We can store 2 bikes and about a years worth of food in here along with full sets of cookware and other stuff. There are 2 extremely large normal closets in each bedroom, and large entry and linen closets. Storage here isn’t a problem in the least! While these buildings are fairly dated late 70’s, early 80’s in design, they are well kept and the flooring and paint is all in good condition if not new. The manager lives on the property and he’s very fast to fix anything, and very pleasant. None of our neighbors has ever been noisy or annoying, shockingly. However, the apartment complexes across the street and next door are occasionally a bit«Jerry Springer»(maybe 2 days a month). The laundry facilities are 2 sets of washer/dryer for 16 apartments — which can be annoying if people are slow to retrieve their things, however most evenings they go unused. The pool is small, but kept very clean. I’ve seen it used maybe 3 – 4 times in 2 years, mainly by visiting child relatives. The patios and balconies are quite large as well, and most of them are fenced in for privacy. The front-facing units face trees and another set of apartments, which are attractive and well maintained. The back units however face the dumpster, parking area, and another more-ghetto complex over the fence’s parking area. Biggest Pros: TONS of space Very large windows/sliding doors. Great managment Quiet neighbors 5x nicer place to live than anything else we’ve looked at in the same price range. Well kept equipment and interiors, despite being dated. AC units in each apartmet, and each room is heated individually through the ceiling(so no burnt dust smell when you turn the heat on, and no worry about furniture being too close to the heat sources). Cons: No cats/dogs allowed Some(5 – 6 of the 16) of the units don’t get a lot of direct sunlight, so they can seem dark inside. Only one parking space per apartment, and street parking gets sparse past 6:30pm for any additional cars.
