Myself and my fiancé rented an apartment through Nora. We loved her and she has a great sense of humor and was brutally honest (which you need when looking at places) about the apartments and buildings she showed us. She knew half the people in the places so could even give a heads up on your future neighbors! When we asked about bed bugs or any problems she answered honestly and if she didn’t know she found out.
She is very relaxed and was great at keeping in touch (via text and calls) about what was happening with our application etc, as she constantly rang the company who owned it for an update on the processing status. And always replied when we had questions-​no matter how stupid they were.
When our application got accepted she made sure we understood the whole lease and spent time explaining anything we didn’t understand. She made sure the apartment (which was under renovation) was done for our move-​in date, and took us to do an inspection before we even signed the lease. There was even things we didn’t notice that she pointed out to us and got onto the super to sort it out.
