Quick Review: Fixed your car here? You got ripped off. Next time 5 minutes can save you $ 500. Its your money!
TLDR: Owner kept calling me bro, has a Shell logo seemed legit… Drove 5 minutes toward La Crescenta and got a much better deal. Also the gas stations around here have had the exact same prices for years. Monopoly? Smog Test scam? Uh yeah… See you later «bro»!
Edit: I see some people gave 5 stars for friendly service. They were smiling because you just bought them a new Playstation! I checked about 6 different shops and they were ALL cheaper.
Most auto shops tend to rip people off. For example, my aunt got her AC repaired for $ 500 at a nearby competitor compared to paying $ 1,300. That’s $ 800 dollars folks.

Gotta agree with Alice P. Had the same «bait and switch“experience. In addition when the unhelpful mechanic started my car he said I know you car is going to fail because my «check engine light is on.“yeah right because of a faulty sensor that has NOTHING to do with anything with my car passing or failing a smog check. I wanted to give this place another chance after they tried TWICE to fix my girlfriends saturn. Never again. I would give them negative stars if I could!

Just left this shell gas station after having them do an oil change service on my jeep. The men working there were so helpful and answered all my questions… Were pleasant professional and reassuring. Very happy with my experience. I would get more services done here

I usually always buy my gas at this location and I use my company credit card and so far I have never had a problem here.
This location also does car repair and smog certificate.
This location also has a small store and they sell CA Lottery.
