I reserved a cab to pick up my boss, but they never showed up. When I called to ask them about this, they denied I ever called and told me there was nobody by the name I mentioned who worked there. Then they proceeded to hang up on me. This place has the absolute WORST customer service. DO NOT CALL THEM.

Burbank, CA
Cab driver was very, very rude. We were picked up at the Burbank airport and we asked if they took visa, they said yes. When we got home, the driver said that we had to pay in cash and that we were lying that we didn’t have any cash. The conversation got very heated and the driver called me and my wife liars among other words.
Bottom line, never use this service, certainly if you are a single woman NEVER use this service, you will feel threatened and scared. I will never let my wife take a cab home from the Burbank Airport by herself.
