Ly is a fantastic sales man and also the general manager. He’s so knowledgeable, really knows everything about mattresses and helps make the decision process easier. My husband likes a mattress on the firmer side and I like a softer one — we went with a Luxury firm and got the best of both worlds. Corporate 20,000 sq ft store with largest selection, prices are awesome, also check out their clearance warehouse. I will drive to this store from anywhere in the valley. Their location is actually Sun Valley, not North Hollywood.

In as little as 2 hours I walked into the store, had amazing customer service, easy explanations of manufacturing processes and brand differences, a quick and easy transaction, I got a great deal, and a new bed in my house.
It doesn’t get any better than this if you want a new mattress! Thank you Mr Ly for a great experience!

Just for the customer service alone. didn’t purchase anything but with your Unilocal check in you get 50% of anything from the clearance section. yup 50% off. Of course I fell in love with a $ 3200.00 bed. I’m already saving my pennies.
