Wigs of Rome

My Mom and I found this shop on Google.
my mom is currently undergoing Chemo for lung cancer and began to loose her beautiful hair.
We drove to sun city to Wigs of Rome and Jennifer
Was so kind and compassionate. She helped my mom try on all different types of wigs. Jennifer suggested what she thought would look good on my mom. My mom chose a beautiful bob cut with highlights, just like her hair was before starting chemo. I can’t tell you what a difference it made to my mom to have someone like Jennifer who understands what women are going through when they loose their hair. I can’t say enough about this shop, and Jennifer. Jennifer made my mom feel beautiful and special. We will only purchase from Wigs of Rome. Thank You Jennifer for your kindness and compassion. God Bless You! You are making a difference to many women suffering from cancer!

I love this store. Joanne and Jennifer are the best. I had bought my daughter a wig from a different location. I went to their store to see if they could help me with it. they sewed in hair clips and showed my daughter how to properly wear it. while we were there Jennifer showed us a hair piece that my daughter could wear on top of her hair that gave an appearance that she had alot of hair. it was so beautiful and natural looking. we bought that hair piece. Joanne and Jennifer are so friendly and helpful. i want to thank them for all their knowledge and for making my daughter feel so comfortable and confident. it was great meeting them. I know we will be going back. if only just to chat.

Jennifer and Joann are the best people in the industry. They were so kind and helpful when I walked through their doors for the first time. Every time I have got back, they have been amazing. I would highly recommend their business to anyone who is either looking for wigs or clip in extensions. I will not go to anywhere else but here. Thank you both for a great experience. I will be seeing you both soon.

The perfect place to go for gluttons for punishment :-)
I went in for something I saw on the website. Joann said that she doesn’t carry those anymore. From then on, she didn’t want to help. I was interested in trying something similar & she would say things to discourage the sale or help me. A business owner trying to discourage a sale? That’s a new one for me! :-)
Joann begrudgingly chose to let me try one on. She ordered me around, barking at me to do this and do that very expectantly. I ignored it and after the 3^rd order, with a big smile I asked «Do you wanna ask me or tell me?»
Her face dropped as if to say how dare someone ask for respect. With the familiar barking voice she says «Do you want to do this or not?!» With another big smile I replied «If you wanna ask me, (to do things) not order me around.
With that she lost her composure, grimacing. and ordering (yet again with the orders) for me to leave. Honestly it was a relief to start walking toward the door. As I was grabbing my purse and heading for the door, Joann raises her voice and says «This is my shop, I do what I want!» I tried to help her understand by mentioning that a business owner can’t order people around and hope to get business. though I’m pretty sure it fell on deaf ears.
I found out later that she has had a history of having something against younger people. Oh well… I guess one way to look at it is that she saved me money! And that’s a good thing, Martha Stewart.
