Is there a way to give this zero stars? This is, without a doubt, the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced from a «professional» company in my entire life. Not only do half of their employees barely speak English, they don’t care at all about their customers. They have continually attempted to charge an inactive bank account of mine without permission and because that account is inactive, we have incurred roughly $ 200.00 in overdraft/returned check fees. When attempting to fix this issue, I was told by a customer service agent that I was wrong and the issue couldn’t be fixed because he didn’t know what the problem was. This company has robbed us of hundreds of dollars, refuses to pay us back and has the absolute worst customer service of any company I’ve ever used. PLEASE do not use Time Warner. Nothing but a headache and they do not care at all about their customers. DirectTV, Comcast, WOW, etc are all FAR better.

I just moved to The area and my apartment complex gave me a number to contact. I researched what services I might be interested in and found a package and offer to meet my needs. Then when calling was treated rudely and as if my business was not needed. I got the run around about the offer and just found the company to be dishonest, misleading, unapreciative, disrespectful, unapologetic and just not consistent. They ran a credit check with out TELLING me or asking permission. Their prices are overpriced for what you get and they tack on extra hidden fees. JUSTBECAUTIOUS. It is truly a monopoly on cable services leaving you no choice to go with them in your want high-speed Internet and cable; leaving the only alternatives to be satellite. Just not okay.

Absolute worse service I have ever encountered! Audio signal constantly drops during programming and costs are inane, if there were another provider available I would switch in a heartbeat !!

Straight garbage! I’d give no stars but it won’t let me. So, if you love throwing your money away, constant frustration, crap service, then this is the best company for you. Only reason I deal with these turds is because there is no other provider for our location.

I have the best that road runner offers and on the weekends it slows down a LOT. If time warner wants 5 stars then fix this. I can’t even use two laptops and especially can’t get Netflix at all.

Save your money or at least invest it in a better company with better service. We’ve only had them for a couple of months and already we’ve had issues not only with our bill but the cable itself. From missing channels to blacked out or scrambled channels we pay for! Not to mention«on demand» which is a complete joke. The episodes are random and don’t update or if they are updated, those same new episodes can disappear the next day. We also have to reboot our box at least once a day! It freezes or glitches all the time and once the pink screen comes up we have no choice but to unplug it and reboot the entire box. Waste of money!!! We are looking for another company ourselves.

Promotion ended and price of my cable doubled. My cable service is relatively steady, but the internet does fade in and out unless you pay the $ 10 upgrade monthly fee. Plus, be aware, they have no service in place to block harassing phone calls from credit card companies, but for an additional $ 3.75 per month, TWC can list your number as private. So, I get to pay an additional $ 3.75 per month to ensure that I don’t receive calls at 2AM.

Cable is overpriced. Cable cuts out. Internet is slow and breaks up. And when you call, they just want you to upgrade to the next level and pay more.
