Papa John’s Pizza

This was the worst service ever the manger and the from staff was very rude and I have I will be contacting a store manger

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
This was my first time ordering from this location and it will also be my last time. I called the restaurant and asked if they had any specials, she advised me of the special offers at the restaurant, I then asked about a special that I saw on line and the woman advised me that I would need to order on-​line specials on-​line since they didn’t offer the same promotions in the store. I then went on line to order my pizza, only to drive to the store to pick it up, and realize that they had prepared the order incorrectly, the toppings were not correct, I then had to wait 20 more minutes while they remade it. Not one time did anyone apologize for the inconvenience. After 20 minutes of sitting in my car waiting for the 2^nd Pizza I walk in to the restaurant to pick it up and there is no one at the front counter at all, there were a few people in the back looking at me as they were making pizzas, and a few delivery drivers loading their orders, not one of these sad individuals offered to help me, or said someone will be right with you. I could not believe how unprofessional the staff at this restaurant was. Eventually the front counter person returned and handed me the remade pizza, checked it and asked if it appeared correct this time. I said it looked fine and left, again, no apology for my wait, no offer of a 2 liter of soda or some crazy bread for my experience. If you looked up BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE in the dictionary PAPA JOHN’S MAIN STREET SUMMERVILLE would be listed. This store had a sign in the window stating that they are hiring managers, I hope the manager that they hire, accepts the job and then fires all of their sad souls.

Apparently they have this thing called Papa Points where you can earn 1 point for every $ 5 spent on an online order and that’s including tax and delivery charges! I believe 25 points earns you a free large 3-​topping pizza! Right now they’re running a special… all large pizzas are $ 10 including specialty pizzas!!! This offer will last until Superbowl Sunday. And if you’re signed up for Papa Points, you’ll win a free pizza if the game goes into overtime! Plus there will be a winner every 45 seconds on game day… for your chance to win, just place an order online! That’s the great thing I’ve found out about. As for their pizzas, it’s decent. I prefer other ones only because I grew up with certain ones. I just think their pizzas a little on the thin side. But you do get a free garlic butter sauce with each pizza order and a whole banana pepper.
