Spent some time driving around trying to find the location listed on their website only to find they don’t have a physical location. Sent some emails back and forth and finally agreed to have them repair a cracked iPad screen. Stated he needed to order the screen and would call when it arrived. Told it would take approximately 4 – 5 days. Never called I had to contact him. Agreed on a date to meet for the repair and never responded to a time. Never heard from him again. Tried contacting him several times with no response. Poor customer services.

Easy in and out in downtown Summerville. The owners were very friendly and when I brought in an iPhone with a film screen cover so scratched and past its prime that I could barely read through it, they had an immediate solution by applying a new type of impermeable glass cover to the frame. It’s like having s new phone again! The price was extremely reasonable and the work done within minutes.
This is a very helpful company which deserves our support.

Took my iPad in for screen repair today. Stephanie and Jake were friendly and professional. They’re in the middle of remodeling their store, but unlike some other stores in the midst of remodels, I did not fear for my safety here!
Stephanie was happy to answer all manner of ridiculous questions I posed, and I will be returning later this week to have some other things fixed (such is the life of a mother of toddlers).
They will also buy your used cell phone and can help you set up true no contract prepaid plans.
