My concern are the ants, we have a 10×30 unit and every time we come to our unit, I’ve got to spray before even getting into my unit. The staff told me that there was nothing they could do about it. How about hiring an exterminator to go around to all the units and spray. When I went into the office one was playing games on her tablet and the other lady was on the phone. They both had Very unconcerned attitudes, while soaking up the a/c. And also, why are there no trash dumpsters on site to empty the trash, from your unit, if you need to? We are going to down size our large unit and get something smaller. I really have no feelings about the staff or this particular Public storage facility. They seem to be all run the same way, and I don’t believe that nothing is going to change either!

Worse damn storage space ever. I signed a contract last year June and before the year was over they went up on my storage fees almost $ 50 with no notice but they’ll claim they mailed a small card stating your storage fee went up! Not to mention my storage was broken into less than a month after I moved in and again no notifications until two months later. This staff is not the friendliness unless you are first coming in to get a storage space. My storage door has been f’ed up from day one and still no resolution. I decided after the break in, ridiculous fess and terrible customer service, I will be moving my things next weekend. Moving from storage to storage is expensive and that’s why it has taken me so long but I can’t take the bs any more… And get this even one of their workers recommended I go to another storage space bc this location is messed up. Their own staff doesn’t even recommend this place…
