How is this place still open? If I could give negative stars I would. I’ve given this place so many chances(stupid on my part, but the wife likes Round Table). 9 out of 10 times, the pizza is missing something on it or it is just dry and just overall bad. The cinnimon sticks are raw a lot of the times. I’ve actually started making notes on my order to please make sure they are actually cooked. Tonight, I ordered online for delivery. I get a call and hour later(just about the time it is supposed to be delivered) saying it was still going to be another 20 minute(I’ve come to expect late deliveries from here). At the 2 hour mark, I get another call claiming the driver was at my house and knocked and called and I didn’t answer. I was actually keeping an eye out the window looking for them and my phone sure as heck didn’t ring. If they are still behind, just say so. But to make up some BS about me not answering the door or the phone? Come on? Thats as bad as your damn pizza! How the Round Table Corp. can keep this store open is beyond me. This store has to be doing so much damage to the name. I assume it is franchise owned? There is evidently NO oversight from Corp. or the franchise owner, or they just don’t care. Looking through here, it is clear to see I’m not the only one who thinks this place is REALLY bad. But yet, they keep plugging along. Not on my dime anymore. If I have to say one nice thing. It will be the people who I’ve interacted with have been nice fr the most part. It’s just a mystery why they can’t do something so simple like make a pizza right and get it delived. Ha! Just went to write a review on Round Tables site and it was not working. You click on submit, and the screen just goes to white. Can this company do anything right?

I love Round Table pizza but this place they have pretty rude service. I asked how long it would take to make garlic twist after I had ordered my pizza and the lady told me in her words«um we are kinda busy right now so it would take a long time.» That is not good service if you ask me. At least be polite about it.

This rating is based on my visit Saturday night 130_2016. Leaving a small party that was serving chips, cheap pizza and plenty of alcohol. I needed to get something hasty, tasty and a slick of grease to calm the brew in my system. Between us and the house was RTPizza. The decision was easy as pizza is always an option and Round Table gets it right most of the time. Walking in, I was greeted by a very friendly girl at the register with another friendly lady on her lunch break. IMO almost always a great sign. I ordered a family pack and waited for the dinny to be cooked. During the wait, the girls were working hard and keeping me company at the same time. Once everything was boxed up, they gave me a sneak peek under the lid before I left. Looks like I chose the right place for dinner. Got to the house and dropped trousers so I could, finally, get my «Netflix and Chill» happening. Once the preparations were taken care of. It was time to get cheesy. The pizza was cooked well, looked swell, good smell, Oh Hell! The end product was just what the doctor ordered. Great staff did a great job on Saturday night. Give them all a bonus.

Still the WORST Round Table in the state of California. The people are dirty and scroungy and the place is a dump. Tried to give them another chance and waited 1:50 for a delivery. Ended up driving over and got a refund. No apologies, no offers to make it right. There was a guy in front of me that was complaining and as he walked away the cashier said«call us and tell us about it» in a snide way. These people got it twisted. Oh, and at the 2 hour mark, while waiting in the parking lot of Pizza Guys I get a call from the delivery person saying they were at my house to deliver the pizza I canceled. I guess she didn’t get the memo. I let her know and she hung up on me. Then when we got home, she had littered about 10 packets of cheese and peppers all over the ground in front of my house. #whatever Boycott this place. These people don’t even deserve their jobs they suck!

I will be a happy and loyal customer for a long LONG time. Nicole, Andrea, and Brandon were all amazing, plus the cashier the night of September 11(sorry I didn’t get your name, but you were incredibly nice!). I had an order get completely messed up, nobodies fault really, but all these peeps just made it completely RIGHT.

Save yourself the heartache, drive to green valley round table, otherwise you’ll end up very disappointed. The pizza is never consistent here. I don’t understand why sometimes it looks like the photos and tastes good, then other times it’s not cooked all the way, or greasy, always something. Don’t they have a standard recipe??? That’s what I simply can’t figure out.

The manager of Round Table at this location was concerned about my review and asked me to give them another chance. She sent me a VIP pass for a free large 3 topping or specialty pizza. I got it in the mail today and I ordered a large all meat marvel. I’m still shocked at their prices, this is a 24.99 dollar pizza. How can they compete with Pizza Hut, I just don’t get it, there food is probably the same quality, not anything special. The staff here is not really friendly. Both people at the counter frowned the whole time I sat there waiting for my pizza. Even when talking to customers. The pizza taste, very good, looked good too. This time I have no complaints abt the food. Overall I’d give them 3 stars. A smile would have gotten them 4, but the price keeps them from getting 5.

Current workers are polite and always cook my pizza on time. Place is kept fairly clean and the tables are regularly bussed. Delivery times are usually around an hour which is to be expected. It’s round table, so the prices are a little steep compared to some other chains.

My hubby and I had to go into town for groceries. Since I was hungry I suggest that we have lunch at Roundtable Pizza(Sunset Plaza). We’ve been to this Round Table before with no problems. The manager was not paying attention to the orders, he thought our order was for the buffet table and toot one of the spatulas that every one was serving their plates with and stuck it under our pizza! Not to mention was talking with our food in front of his face… The girl cleaning the tables didn’t wash her hands, turned and grabbed our garlic twists and brought it to our table! That manager didnt even come back to apologize! We will never eat at this Round Table again! Very dirty and management doesn’t teach their staff good hygiene or good customer service!

Never had a problem with this round table. Well actually last time I went I ordered online a large pizza with garlic sauce instead of regular pizza sauce and those yummy bread sticks. I arrive a few early for pickup. My pizza was ready. The manager actually took care of me. He was very honest and said«I’m very sorry, they forgot to make the breadsticks.» I say it’s okay I understand things happen. Which is true. I totally get mistakes happen sometimes. The reason I am giving them 5 stars despite me having to wait a little longer for my breadsticks is 1 I never have issues with this round table and 2 the manager who was taking care of me took my breadsticks off plus another dollar or two. I don’t expect free things at all but it was a nice gesture to do it without me complaining or asking.

The staff at Round Table Suisun are like our second family(especially Andrea) we’ve been going there for so many years. My son is 14 years old now and we’ve been going there since before he was born. We love their pizza, breadsticks, buffalo wings, and flatbread. We order delivery at least once a week and sometimes more if my kids have friends over. The food and service is amazing.

Giving the place a 1 star just because the food was decent. The restaurant was not clean at all. The tables were a mess and the walls were dirty. Bathrooms were disgusting. Silverware was disgusting, most of the silverware still had food on them. When we told the counter worker about them she apologized and handed us plastic silverware and left the dirty silverware on the counter like there was nothing wrong with it. It made me second guess if any of the dishes were clean. We will not be headed back there for a long while if not ever. I hope this helps some other people.

Call around 5 p.m. asked for delivery to the House said it would take about 45 minutes to an hour gave them specific directions as we are literally right out their front door and it is now almost 8 o’clock and they have still not delivered we’ve called numerous times and they said they have no record of us calling and ordering a pizza yet our card has been charged $ 25 seriously round table you need to get your s*** together and if I could select less than one stars I would so– nine million stars

I read the other reviews and was worried but I had a good overall experience. I ordered the lunch Buffett. Salad bar was fresh and cold. The pizza was very good! Round Table is better than any of the national chains. You will pay more but the ingredients are quality. Service was good and friendly. TVs were on and the atmosphere seemed clean and inviting. No crowds and music was soft and crazy. My only complaint it is in a shopping center that is going down hill. I work close by so u will be back. For 8 bucks lunch buffet its a great deal!

I ordered online with a pickup time in 20 minutes. I got there about 5 minutes after the pickup time and was told it wasn’t ready. I waited for another 20 minutes longer and asked about my order(xlarge pizza and cheesy garlic sticks) — it still wasn’t ready. It came out 10 minutes later. Woman at the counter all business — not a lot of pleasantries. They run hot and cold on the cheese sticks. Almost burnt this time, but cheesy delights the last. I can say the pizza is consistent. Not a great time, this time. Maybe give another shot at a competitor.

The manager called to make the situation better, still disappointed about a couple things but it was a nice gesture on his part to take the time to do that. Hopefully Andrea has been dealt with.

I tried calling my order in and someone by the name of Andrea answered the phone and hung up. This happened 4 times. I decide to order online. It said the order would be ready in 20 minutes I get there on time they tell me to wait while they check on my order. They never say anything to me. Finally after about 10 minutes someone else asks what is the ordering I’m waiting for and then they tell me it will be another 20 minutes. At that point I was frustrated and took my business elsewhere.

So my wife and I always do the online ordering so we don’t have to wait because it only takes 20 minutes so I get there at exactly 25 minutes the lady says its going to be a 20 minute wait I waited another 20 minutes they still weren’t done long story short I had to wait over an hour to get the pizza when I complain to her she said there’s other round tables that I can go to I can’t remember her name she was a black lady she was a manager there we have not since gone back horrible service every time is horrible service. Update: Just yesterday a business customer service rep by the name of Tiffany contacted me & apologize for the service we got & is sending us a coupon for a free pizza at least she is trying to make it right cause Roundtable does have some great pizza

Came today for their lunch buffet with my boyfriend and daughter. They were pretty busy, but many tables were just finishing their meals as we were sitting down. The lady who helped up had a big smile and asked if my daughter would be eating salad before loading us with plates. My first pass through the salad bar I thought they didn’t have the sunflower seeds that I’m so fond of topping my salads with. I’d seen them at most other Round Tables, but initially couldn’t find them here. It wasn’t until I sat down that I saw them on top of the salad bar. With my eyes focused down at the salad bar I must have just missed the carafe sitting up there. The veggies I piled on tasted fresh though, and aside from some mashed up kidney beans to pick through at the bar, was quite nice indeed. The pizzas they had out were out for a good 20 minutes or so after we arrived before another came out. It looked like a few of them had been out for a while already too. I understand. No sense in making a new pizza if there’s already a few out, but I’ve never really been fond of picking over old pizza. They finally announced about 5 minutes before we left that a new pepperoni pizza and basket of breastick twists was out at the buffet line. My boyfriend and I looked around and realized we were the only group left. A little too late guys! I took our daughter to the bathroom just before we left and made the peculiar discovery of 5 air fresheners in the women’s restroom. I’m not sure what to make of this. Are ladies regularly leaving smelly poops here? Do they pile all of their nasty trash in here? I don’t know, but 5 air fresheners seems a bit like overkill. If they’re empty, get rid of them! The woman who initially helped us with our order, assisted me later when my daughter and I were having trouble getting their claw machine to work. She said their arcade games are junk, but I’d already given my daughter a $ 1 in quarters and the promise that she could play them. If we ever come back, I’ll make the mental note to unfortunately be fresh out of quarters that day. This buffet experience for me was average. Several employees were telling people to have a great day as they left and did so with us as well, a nice touch that I definitely noticed. We only eat pizza 3 or 4 times a year in my family, but I would consider returning here for their buffet. An okay value, even if drinks aren’t included.
