Do not go there! Nobody is available To help you. 20 employees they all walking around the store you ask for help and the ignore you. After 20 minutes waiting for help i had to leave the store. Mo before asking to speak with the store manager which of course was not working on that day’ no wonder. Stay away!

I have always love z gallerie but have recently learned they are great for taking your money but not at resolving product issue. I purchased two Devon lamps as part of a larger order on November 19th. They were only in stock in sugar land I drove 50 minutes for pick up only to get home and find the lamp they gave me was no longer in original packing and damaged. I called the manager explained how far I lived from store and was not feasible for me to drive back out. Was told they would arrange to get me one at woodlands location and I could make exchange. No call back. I call back a couple of weeks later and am now told they will have to order the parts and will ship out to me. Again wait nothing. I call back again December 26th. Now manager says cannot ship to woodlands. Tells me I either have to drive back to store, they can ship parts but I would have to pay to return the damaged parts or I could contact the customer service division for parts. So I purchase new lamp, get a used damaged one am given run around for 6 weeks and I am supposed to be inconvenienced and jump through hoops to make my purchase right. Never experienced worse management in my life.

I received excellent service here today. I came in for some thanksgiving serving dishes and I found some that were on sale. The people in here are friendly and helpful and they have really neat things.

We’ve bought several items from Z Gallerie and It is BYFAR our favorite furniture store around this area. Items are fairly priced and they are not the same crap that you see at most peoples homes. Staff is very courteous and helpful and its a great place.

We will never shop at this store again. We just moved to the area and they could have earned a lot of our business but no. We were looking for curtains and found 2 possible ones. They were out of our size and we weren’t sure which color would look best. The store clerk said we could buy one of each, size didn’t matter since just looking to see which would look better in the room, then bring them back to exchange them and buy what we needed/wanted. When we went to return them, we were refused the ability to return it as the price ended in a «9.» The snooty lady said«all prices that end in 9 are final.» We explained what happened and asked how we would know this policy. She pointed to a single line on our receipt. We said, you don’t get this receipt until AFTER you make the purchase. How would we know this BEFORE the purchase? She said the store clerk should have told us. We informed her she did not and she basically said«too bad.» This store lied to us to make a sale and lost all future sales as we decorate our home. Don’t trust them to be truthful. Shop at your own risk.

This business has great LOOKING furniture– but not well made nor is the customer service beyond the initial greeting very good. I purchased about $ 3k in furniture from Z Gal and within 13 months(one month past the stores warranty) one the legs of our formal dining chairs broke. We sit in the chairs maybe once every few weeks. You’d think paying $ 200 per chair they’d have better quality. The customer service and corporate offices are out of state and are unhelpful and disinterested in helping the customer. I will not purchase furniture at this store again unless I get a huge apology and a either a store credit for a new chair or a replacement.

Just spent 7000 at the store in Sugarland and had the first item delivered and came damaged they said they would fix it in a week and today when i called customer service they said 2– 3 weeks. I called the store spoke with the manager and he said he could do nothing and hung up. this is the third item that we purchased that came broken and i have cancelled the rest of the order and now called american express to put a hold on the merchandise to have them fix it or pick it up. do not buy anything from these people they are crooks i asked to speak to a manger and they said it would take 2 – 3 days for call back beware they stuff is crap!

This place is overflowing with great accessories for the home. Pillows, throw blankets, candle holders, framed art, and so much more. The style is a mix between traditional and modern with lots of sparkly items that add personality to a space. I came here on Black Friday and it was not too crowded at all. They have some great tables overflowing with small gifts. Under $ 30, under $ 50, etc. I bought myself an awesome gold skull just for the heck of it. I even got an additional 20% off as a Black Friday special. I love this place!
