Their guy showed up no uniform and acted like he didn’t know what it was supposed to do. He spent less than 15 minutes on an acre plus lot and since they’ve sprayed I’ve seen weeds springing up in a yard that was nothing but beautiful grass before.

Yeah, they keep billing me and my yards still looks like crap. I was under the impression that I would be charged one time for a trial period… they charged me three times. Yard still looks like crap (I guess I mentioned that already)

Horrible service. Can’t treat weeds, scorched my grass. They also charged me for treatments that they did not do (check Google for recent news that was captured on camera of a non-​treatment). Stay away from this company.

Trugreen is a scam. They provide terrible service. My neighbors take better care of their lawns than Trugreen does my mine. I’m embarrassed at the way my lawn looks. I have asked for a Trugreen tech to come out to my house three times to take care of weeds and brown spots in my yard. The tech has cancelled three times without even notifying me. I called customer service and they keep escalating to a manger but even the managers are not calling me back. I called one last time to cancel the service and they apologized and have escalated to a regional manager who still has not called me back. This is totally unprofessional. If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!
