New Image Studio

I purchased their groupon for the slimming treatments and I was so excited to try them. I live in Huntsville so I cant just stop by and schedule an appointment, so for the last week ive been calling to try and set up my appointment/​consultation, and have yet to have a live person answer. It always goes to voicemail after a few rings where they say they will «call back by the end of the business day», yet ive left 3 or 4 voice messages during business hours with my name, number and a message, and have not received 1 call back. I have even tried emailing to reach someone to book an appointment, and haven’t heard back. No business should be this hard to contact during their business hours, and im very disappointed that I will have to try and see if groupon will refund me or give me a credit so I can take my business to someone else who wants it.
