We went in to Mattress Firm sometime last week, knowing that we were not going to buy that day but that we would be needing a king size set in the future. Neither my fiancé or I have done any mattress shopping in the last decade, so we had no idea what we were looking for. He has a really, really bad back though so finding something to help him start the day off right was really what we were looking for.
We were greeted instantaneously at the door by Jeremy, and at first we were kinda bummed (pushy sales people make introverts like us feel really awkward and pressured), but within minutes we were really grateful to have Jeremy! We told him about the back problems, and he led us straight to a really, really strong contender right off the bat. After we lay around on that bed loving life for a few minutes, he then took us to the «holy crap!» bed that does contortions and vibrations and generally makes you realize that the bed you have at home is total crap and completely unacceptable. The sticker price on it is way outta your league, but it is too late, the damage is done, you have already realized your current bed was crap.
After walking sadly away from that god-​like bed, Jeremy took us straight over to the bed for us. We had him let us try a couple more, but he had already nailed the right one for us (Flex Prima Hybrid Mattress, Tempurpedic).
We didn’t buy that day, but that didn’t seem to bother Jeremy in the least. He didn’t pressure, he didn’t cajole, he was just very confident in his product and his sales pitch and I guess he was betting both were good enough to get us back in.
Annnnnd they were. We walked in at 10 minutes to close today, bought the mattress, bunky boards, modal sheet set and we also got some of those $ 140 lavender pillows (life. changing. pillows.)
Ridiculous customer service.

Excellent Service! Me and my boyfriend bought and iComfort Intellectual EFX because I need a firm mattress. We ordered on Sunday night and Jeremy and Nicolas helped us select a good one at a good price, plus pillows and a mattress pad. Jeremy got his manager to give us a promotion similar to one they were offering on a similar mattress which we used toward the pillows and delivery fees. He helped price match the mattress pad. They did good job of explaining the Mattress Firm 100 days of Happiness which they do price matching and exchanges for a small fee if you don’t like your mattress within the 100 days. AND the mattress we bought was delayed due to the weather so Nicolas did every single thing he could possibly due to make up for the inconvenience! I mean everything!!! It is the best customer service I have ever received from any sales company not just a mattress store. Amazing, me and my boyfriend are so happy with Mattress Firm and the Sugar Land Town Center location has our business for life!!!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a new mattress since we were getting a new place. We came here and the sales person was probably in training. He didnt have much knowledge on the mattresses and wasn’t very helpful on helping us find the mattress that is in our range on price.
Anyways, my boyfriend and I wanted to know how much we can afford and how much we can finance. Then, the manager came and helped us. He was very knowledgeable and he told us how he really wanted us to get it before a certain date so they can meet a certain quota.
Well my boyfriend and I decided to leave and just think about it. Well a few days later we got in the mail that they opened us a credit card. We were so upset!
I will probably never come to this mattress firm ever again!!!

I went here to take advantage of a recent sale and finally get myself a new mattress. The sales lady was very helpful, and I got a screaming deal on my new mattress set. The only problem I had is that I wanted to pick up the mattress at the store to bypass the delivery fee, and I had to go back twice only to discover that they still hadn’t gotten my mattress in. However, after the second time the sales lady was nice enough to waive the delivery fee, and I got my mattress that very night.
