For the first time I felt like celebrating after leaving a mattress store! Walked in yesterday, exhausted from Furniture shopping all day. Was greeted nicely, and taken on a tour of all the beds available. Since I don’t believe in wasting time, I cut to the chase with Kevin (our salesman) and let him know we’re on a TIGHT budget due to moving costs. He took us to the Budget Friendly section, which was not a comfort match for us. Would be depressing to put my bedding on those thin boards! We were then directed to the clearance section in the back of the store, and Jackpot! We found our mattress, now its no Sleep Number, but the number (and comfort) were right! I’m a sucker for an Amazing deal and Great customer service– These guys went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Visit this store, you will not be dissapointed!

was promised this mattress at a certain date. I threw out my old one on that date and it never came. Next day I had to give away rodeo tickets cause that was the soonest I could get the mattress. I waited 8 hours and still no mattress no phone call cancellation EVERYONE was confused like they didn’t know what a delivery was. I was promised by TWO different managers including the warehouse manager that my item would «be looked after personally to ensure delivery.» I’ve never been lied to more in any transaction and lost this much money from staying home waiting on my butt for these liars to come. It would be cheaper for me to rent a truck and hire someone to get the mattress than to miss more work. Save yourself the hassle and order online at least you’ll get a working tracking number and no one to lie to your face and offer you «free» shipping.

I need to update my review bc we were upsold a cooling pillow and told that it would lose it’s very chemical odor after being left out for a day or two. TWO MONTHS LATER TO THE DAY — the pillow is UNUSABLE bc it still has a strong enough chemical scent to immediately stick you with a nauseating headache.

Buying a bed here has been a wonderful experience. Brice here has done a great job educating us on the full experience. Definitely recommend all to check it out. My chiropractor recommended to stop by for a great deal!
