Associated with Bay Area and Pearland Medical Supply, this Sugar Land branch was open on Black Friday(11-27-2015) and the guy that assisted my mum was Michael. After calling the Bay Area branch feeling hopeful that someone would answer the phone on what is considered a «holiday». Michael answered and was as polite and professional as he could be. The fact that every time we called him to find a Coude catheter; Michael did everything in his will to find my mum this special kind of catheter. He even called around to the Pearland branch to see if they had it and offered to order it early so we would have it by tomorrow in which we turned down the offer for since we needed in asap. Although, since the Pearland branch closed early due to the holiday. My mum was determined to get the catheter. We called Michael to let him know we were on our way from Southeast Houston and that we needed the address. He never gave us any attitude, his mood remained nice. So, we(my brother, mum, and I) drove all the way to the Sugar Land branch. After driving for 45 minutes and arriving at 4:54pm. We quickly searched for Suite 300 and found ourselves on the wrong floor, so we called Michael again to confirm what was the floor we were supposed to be on. It was 5:00 pm, we finally located the correct office. Michael came out to let us into the office. Even though, it was closing time, he still assisted us as nicely as anyone who had been when it was closing time. The Cather was only $ 7 which was pretty cheap and reasonably priced. My mum and I both assumed the prices were going to be outrageously high, but they weren’t. We left satisfied and happy to know that there really still is good friendly people out in the medical field. I highly recommend if you are looking for medical supplies check out these branches and especially the Sugar Land branch that Michael works at. If you need to call, the number is(281)-306−4446. It’s a direct number to Michael and the number for the Bay Area branch.

RIP-OFF– no returns– outrageous prices. Sold my mom a walker for $ 432.99-when she got it the next day she didn’t like it. They NEVER told us their No Return policy – said they’d let us return for $ 20 shipping charge and 25% restocking fee which would be about $ 120.00. I found the EXACTSAME walker on line for $ 244.44 – a difference of $ 188.55 – REPORTEDTOTHEBBB.
