Very convenient and service was very polite and helpful.

I had to mail back a internet modem to Time-​Warner via Fed-​Ex because of pre-​paid postage through this company. I was done in 5 minutes. I was the only customer. I guess I lucked out since there was only one employee working.

Only gave one star because I couldn’t write a review without at least one. This place has the WORST customer service! The employees are rude and act like they are too busy to help even when there are no other customers in the store. We have gone to this location on three separate occasions and walked out all 3 times because of the terrible service. We will drive an extra 10 minutes to go to the location off 59 between Dairy Ashford and Williams Trace. That store is great and the employees are very helpful and friendly.

Unlike the reviews above… my FedEx experience has been pretty good! I have used their business quite a few times over the past couple months with no major problems. This is one of the smaller locations, so sometimes there is a wait, but I always try to stop by when Joel is working. He is always helpful and knowledgeable about my orders. I had a few large print jobs that he went above and beyond the call of duty on. I noticed Vance did not give him a good review, but that was towards the end of his saga of the missing package. :) I wouldn’t have been happy with anyone either. One thing I’ve noticed is when the store is busy, they seem to be short-​handed which can cause the long wait line. Store is clean and presentable. Self-​service is easy to use. Plenty of available parking.

If I could give this location and the FedEx service a rating of 0, I would. A friend sent a package with FedEx Express and the delivery driver the first day filled out the door tag that he got to my address at 5:32 pm. He wrote on the tag that the apartment complex office is closed. I understood as the office closes at 5:30 pm.
The next day the door tag lists 5:32 pm. Hmm doesn’t make sense to me that the same driver didn’t try to make the delivery to my apartment complex earlier so he could deliver to the office? The third day it says 6:50 pm and it’s the final attempt. I’m really irritated at this point. Why waste the time to try to deliver the package at a later time when you know you can drop the package at the front office before 5:30 pm?
Well, things get better. I call the number on the door tag and request to have the package ready at a nearer location to me as I work 6 days a week and needed to get to a place on my lunch. They said it would potentially be Tuesday. I was not having that because common sense would have prevented this whole mess. I requested to speak to a manager because my friend paid good money for Express. She mentioned she couldn’t guarantee anything but will put in a request for the distribution manager to call me in the morning to see if he could route the package to the store near me.
The distribution manager called at 8:30 am. Don’t know why so late but I explained the situation which he didn’t want to hear and said it will be at the location after noon today. I said that’s fine as I was working and said I can go on my lunch to get it.
Fast forward to around 1 pm. I thought that would give them enough time and didn’t want to rush them. Well I get to the store which is really busy. I wait about 10 minutes for the associate Gregory to finish with the customers in front of me and he greeted me with a smile and a big how can I help. I thought okay should be an easy in and out.
Not so fast. I gave him my information and he couldn’t find the package. I gave him the door tags and he said they disabled them. He then had to call their customer service line to find out where the package was but more importantly what the tracking number is. He then got routed to someone else and found out that the package was being delivered but it should be in the 4 pm delivery. I gave him my address and he mentioned that he could drop that off to me because he lives in the area. I let him know that I don’t know when I will get off work so that’s okay. Plus I knew I would be in the area the following day if I couldn’t make it back to the location before they closed.
Fast forward again to the following day around 12:36 pm (the location opens at 12pm)… I get to the store and wait for Joel to finish answering a question for an older lady. He was really short with her and I felt bad. Well he of course was short with me when he asked what I needed. I was in customer service for my whole life and never acted like that to a customer. I said I was in the day before and the package I was waiting for should be there.
He half-​willingly pushed some boxes around and said I don’t have the package. I said that can’t be the case as Greg called and they said it should be here with the 4 pm delivery. He said that I can call customer service to find out where the package is. I said excuse me? I was just here yesterday. He tried to look up the package in the system and said it was just shipped and should be here by the 29^th because there’s winter storms in the Midwest. I said how would that affect a package that is already in Houston. I’m thinking what a lazy you know what. He repeated that I could call customer service and I said no he needs to call them to figure this mess out. I was supposed to have the package today at this store. I’m not wasting my time if it’s here. He called and just spoke to the customer service rep and then said I don’t know why my coworker told him the package would be here. He was agreeing with the person on the phone and then hung up.
He proceeded to say the package is in Houston and he doesn’t know where it is. He said I can call customer service to get that straightened out. He didn’t want to give me the tracking number until I said give that to me and your store directors number. I got the business card without a last name and just got home. I pulled the tracking information on the website and it says the package was delivered yesterday at 12:18 pm at the store. Now I have to call customer service to straighten this out. I’ve never had this problem with UPS. You would think these guys work for USPS with the attitude and lack of customer service. How hard is it to get a package delivered? I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS STORE!

This location was on the way. I needed to find out about shipping something to England. It was a quick in and out.

You know how you come to a corner and there is a CVS and Walgreens on opposing corners? Which do you choose? Well, I typically choose the one I’ve had a good experience with, that has shown me it has the products I want, and it has good service. So, when I needed some copies made correctly and fast, why didn’t I go to the place I knew I could trust? In Sugar Land, there are two Fedex Office stores. One has been there for many years and was previously a Kinko’s, the other is a newcomer that opened with the Whole Foods a couple of years ago. I typically use the 24 hour Fedex Office a little farther from my house because of the limited hours of the new one. Today, I made the mistake of trying to save time by going to the one in the Whole Foods lot.
Oh, it was a mistake. I went in and the place is tiny. There are only two black and white copiers and a lady with some big projects was on one of them. I’m a teacher and know how to use a copier. At school, if it breaks, we have to fix it ourselves, so we learn the machines inside and out. The machine I went to today seemed fine and then started spitting out wrinkled sheets and didn’t staple the final product. I asked the woman who worked there and she just babbled about moisture and paper. Isn’t this place climate controlled? I wasn’t using the copier outside. Because this place was so small, there weren’t any other machines for me to use. She took my car and credited me for the bad copies (why does Fedex called them «spoiled»?). What I also found interesting was that I was charged $ 1.07 for the copies I had made but was credited only 99 cents. I didn’t get a credit for the tax. Is it worth it to me to go back for 8 cents? Certainly not. Will I be going back to this Fedex Office? Certainly not.
