I’ve been to Fadi’s twice. The restaurant is clean and well organized. The service was great both times. The food is DELICIOUS! I wish there were more meat options, but I promise you will not be disappointed.

First visit to this location. Very well organized, clean and food was delicious. Ordered to go. 2 half sides and one meat. One was spinach hummus, tabouleh and chicken kabab other to-go order of spicy hummus, beet salad and chicken kabab at $ 10 each. Everything was excellent and fresh! Happy to know that a good Mediterranean restaurant exists in Sugar Land with authentic great quality tasting food. The half side orders are a very good portion size. Half + Half = 1 side. I was confused a little at first. Garlic sauce on point! Will be back soon!

This is the best place to eat ever can you ever imagine a place where you would be so happy with what you’re eating and it would be so healthy. This is it. Starts off with the bread coming right out of the oven I personally prefer that we bread just because I know I’m going to be eating a lot and don’t want to be a complete big. Then I get to Francisco at Spirit Francisco’s always smile on his face and ready to take care of me. I get the spicy hummus. Top that off with some balsamic vegetables and some mozzarella spinach and I was thinking of just missing the entrée. But I went ahead and got the salmon and lemon sauce. I’m telling everybody else around here you must try the salmon and lemon sauce

We went there last night as a party of 25(called ahead) and the food and service was GREAT!!! Each person loved their food and was stuffed. For people suffering with food sensitivities, allergies, restrictions etc., — I really appreciate how they label the food. The lamb shank was so tender and fell off the food. The cauliflower was so good too! I can’t even have cauliflower anywhere else. This was good for a big group because each party could pay for their portion with the fuss at the end of splitting up the bill. Wasn’t my first time and won’t be the last eating here.

This place is hands down delicious! Very fresh, health-conscious food with sizeable servings. While everything is flavorful, I highly recommend the chipotle eggplant hummus and the lamb shank with rice. Our friends advised us to get a meat and two sides, but get half orders to truly try everything. I tried the hummus, the shawarma, the Kale salad, and the lamb shank. I was impressed by the level of selections to choose from. All of them looked fresh and attractive in appearance-almost as if none of it had been sitting around for awhile. Most of all, I loved the lamb shank-tender, flavorful, fall off the bone, served with rice. Everything about it was excellent!

Somewhat disappointed – the line was long, my salmon was dry(although it had good flavor) and overall I wish the service was less«rushed.» Portions are decent in size and overall the total for two plates was around $ 30(a little pricey for me for cafeteria-style) They label all of their dishes for allergens so I was happy to see«gluten free» on almost ALL of them! I recommend the Tzatziki sauce for sure if you like cucumbers. Very cool and refreshing and great on almost any meat. The kale salad had apples and walnuts and all kinds of stuff in it, but to be honest it didn’t hardly have any kale, but instead frisée lettuce which isn’t even close to kale! Like I said, the salmon had great flavor(garlicky-butter sauce) but was ultimately too dry for me. I tried some of the chicken Schwarma and to me it was too chewy :/ They change their menu by the day of the week so things are always different. Overall, I don’t think I’ll come back again, but I hear Aladdin’s is also a great cafeteria-style place that maybe I’ll try instead.

Consistently great. Fadi’s is a place you can visit every day and have a healthy, tasty meal for a reasonable price. There are very, very few places I can say that about, so Fadi’s finds itself in an exclusive group. I usually get a meat with two sides, and everything I have tried has always been great. Not good. Great. Very important distinction, because there are many places that you can frequent consistently and get a good meal. But a great one with consistency? Ah, that’s hard to find. Love the chicken shawerma wraps here, and highly recommend them to anyone wanting a nice introductory experience to Fadi’s.

A bit pricey for med food, but still worth it. I really like their huge spread of appetizers that you would be hard pressed to find everywhere else, and everything i tried was really on point. Fresh Pita is great too! I have only had their Shawarmas(all types are good). Definitely one of the best places in Houston and top in the USA.

This is one of my all-time favorite Mediterranean restaurants in the city! The food is delicious, the staff and managers are friendly, the restaurant(and bathrooms) are clean, and the HUGEVARIETY of food is great! I really appreciate the speedy service my family and I get whenever we order, and the portions are very nice and generous. What I like is how you can control the portions of their servings by saying«Half Order of _____» or «Full Order of _____», so that you do not overload yourself or restrict yourself to only a few items on the menu. The first thing I grab when I enter is the pita bread and a half order of spicy hummus. Then, I get grape leaves as my salad — which I usually have to ASK for since, if it’s not served in the front, they are usually stored in the back. if they do not have grape leaves available at all, I get the cucumber salad or kale salad, which are both very delicious! I then get fried cauliflower, and Bismati rice. My ALLTIME favorite is the lamb shank! The lamb is so soft and tasty, and falls right off the bone(literally!). The gravy/sauce they use with the lamb is also good. The lamb dish also comes with lots of vegetables such as zucchini, carrots, and broccoli. For dessert, I almost always get the chocolate baklava, or the relatively taller/bigger baklava topped with pistachios. The baklava there is a great way to end a delicious and hearty meal! My family and I have also has tried other main dishes too — such as the Chicken with Cashew, the Dijon Chicken, and the Fish Fillet in Green Curry Sauce — and they all tasted great. In addition to having great food, I really really favor the amount of service the managers and staff offer. My favorite perk is how the restaurant sometimes offers complimentary mint tea to dine-in customers. Sometimes we see them walking around and offering people a mug of tea, or sometimes we have to ask for it. When we ask for the tea, they make it fresh and serve it to our table. The tea also comes with a nice mint leaf in it. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone who likes Mediterranean food and wants a great and hearty meal! You won’t leave this place hungry. :)

Get prepared to get stuffed!!! If you are a lover of the Mediterranean cuisine, then this place is «Da Spot». Fadi’s it’s a buffet style restaurant. You can get stuffed with as little as $ 30 bucks. It’s not an over the top restaurant, but at least you get to enjoy a decent, inexpensive meal. When in Houston, I happened to stay at the hotel right next to Fadi’s. I did dine in other places, but I had no idea that this one being so close offered a good menu. We started off with the freshly baked bread and ordered the grilled meat. Then we got the hummus. Of course, I had to add a little bit of salad on my plate. Their salads are very delicious and quite refreshing. I remember getting soup as I really needed something liquidy. But the time we wanted to try the baklava and any other dessert, I was extremely full. My partner got a piece though and said it was quite delish. Overall, it’s convenient, cheap and pretty much saves you $$$.

There’s a huge variety of sides you can choose from. I personally love their traditional hummus with wheat pita which is freshly made in house. You can load up your plate with a bunch of half sides so you can sample a little bit of everything. Their kabobs are to die for. You order them at the beginning of the line and they’ll give you a number for your table. They’re always nice and juicy. The restaurant itself is very spacious, tables everywhere. It can be a tad pricey depending on what all you get but it’s well worth it. If you’re looking for something different, I would definitely give this place a try.

I had the vegetarian plater and it was very tasty and offered a lot of variety. The pita bread is delicious. It was also enough food for two. I also ordered the lamb kabob, and it took a long time to cook and was bland. I would recommend the vegetarian plater and not the kabob.

One of my favorite restaurants! It’s also convenient Favorite hummus(even though they are all really good): Fadi’s traditional, spicy hummus(with mushrooms on top) Favorite sides: Kale salad(5⁄5): amazing kale salad with fruit and nuts, it’s a healthy choice but you won’t be disappointed. I can eat a whole side by myself! Cucumber salad(4.5÷5): refreshing salad, the little hint of lemon flavor mix so well with cucumber, also has red bell pepper and tomatoes inside. Fried mashed potato ball(3⁄5): a lot of ppl like it but I think it’s too much, first bite is amazing though! Crispy fried layer mixed with soft, warm mashed potato? Yes! Green bean salad(4⁄5): I love it but Some people might think it’s weird. Fried cauliflower(2⁄5) I don’t get the hype, it’s just cauliflower with no taste. Lamb shank(2⁄5): hit or miss, If you like meat, you would definitely love it. Meat falls off the bone but the dish is too much for me. Fish in green curry sauce(4⁄5): one of my favorite entrée here, it’s really savory and the curry sauce mixed well with pita bread!(The other tomato fillet is not good imo) Grilled Eggplant with meat sauce on top(5⁄5): favorite dish here! The entrée not the side eggplant. usually hate eggplants but fadi’s makes it sooo good. It’s juicy, oily with meat sauce, dip with regular bread or pita bread they are both amazing! Smoothies(2⁄5): waste of money, it’s freshly made but very bland

Taste: This place is more of a vegetarian place. Even though I’m more of a carnivore I have to admit a lot of the kale salads and squash taste amazing. When it comes to the taste of the meat dishes it’s mixed. The chicken, Lamb, and kabobs are good but usually most of their meat is dry. The meat they use is way too lean. The shawarma isn’t good at all you’re better off going to Phoenicia deli or shawarma King for great shawarma. Price: I understand that vegetables in general are expensive, so when it comes to the price of a lot of the veggies you’re getting a good deal. However what pisses me off is that the price of the meat is a little high. Which makes no sense cause last time i checked none of the meat is grass fed, pastured, or antibiotic & hormone free. Also the portions of the meat are small. They really need to fix that especially since things like the lamb cost extra. Overall this place is for vegetarians. Also a lot of what makes this place attractive to eat at is the presentation. So don’t let the pretty food fool you. It still has to taste great.

After church we met our friends here at Fadi’s. A wonderful place to lunch on some healthy offerings. If you’re a first timer take a moment to watch a well prepared video at the entrance on how to order or ask any of the courteous attendants. If you love pita bread, hummus and a veritable smörgåsbord of delicious salads this is one of the best places in Sugar Land to satisfy your palate. With a well appointed dining room and nice ambience I love coming here whenever I’m in the mood for some healthy Mediterranean fare! I find the staff here very friendly and helpful and the presentation fresh and inviting. Everything from lamb, chicken and this killer lasagna I found myself enjoying the great food and great company! Fadi’s has done quite well here in the Sugar Land area and is always clean and inviting all the times I have been here. I would have taken more photos but I was too busy enjoying my meal and conversation! But take it from me if you’re looking for a clean, nice place to have a healthy lunch or dinner Fadi’s is the place to check out! Also while we were enjoying our lunch a server brought each of us a delightful tea with a mint leaf to cleanse our palate! Must be a new thing but a nice gesture I thought! I really enjoyed this beautiful Sunday afternoon with good friends and a good meal!

Since I first reviewed Fadi’s, I’ve had the opportunity to return several more times and I think they deserve an updated review. So, here goes! First, I think their drive through is a real game changer. How awesome is it that you can get a healthy meal without having to leave the comfort of your car? High marks for that. I usually choose the 1 meat and 2 sides for my meal choice, which is plenty of food and usually enough for leftovers. If you opt for half sides, you can try 4 different things! Here’s what I’ve gotten before and love: Entrees– butter chicken, Moroccan chicken with couscous, and lamb shank. Sides– always, always the pita bread(they’re like warm, pillowy clouds!!), hummus, baba ganoush, fried cauliflower, oven potatoes, muhamarra, tabbouleh, Greek salad, and rice. Any combination of these items is pretty fantastic. Love Fadi’s and will continue to return again and again!

For dinner we tried the Sugar Land location since it was closest to where we were. It was a late dinner, so some of the a la carte items were already out, our fault, not theirs. Just like the Meyerland location, there is plenty to choose from, and the food is just as delicious. As I was about to pick up some of the fresh pita bread, the chef behind the counter said that if I wanted to wait a few minutes longer, he’d be happy to give me some pita bread fresh out of the oven. Now that’s what you call great customer service! I have yet to have a bad experience at any of the Fadi’s locations, and it still remains to be one of of my favorite Mediterranean restaurant chains.

I was actually a bit overwhelmed when I first came here for lunch with my boyfriend’s family, since there were so many counters with tons of different food options. It actually functions similarly to a middle school cafeteria line(except 3x longer and 100000x tastier), and they have lots of different options to choose from. Can’t remember the exact names of the dishes that I ordered, but I remember getting something that resembled an oversized rounded mozzarella stick with a meat stuffing, which was super tasty and I’d highly recommend it(if only I knew what it was…). Surprisingly, I was disappointed by their eggplant, but that was made up by their beef and lamb, both of which were just so soft and juicy and tender… The shop itself is also pretty large, so there’s lots of seating. It’s a great option for a quick lunch, and for a reasonable price as well!

Let me start by introducing the format of this review for the ease of the reader: 1) My overall assessment of the place 2) The feel I got for the place 3) The food 4) Conclusion Ever since I found out about this place a couple of months ago, I have eaten something from this restaurant at least once a week. I mostly order their lentil soup, one of the best tasting lentil soup recipes I have tried in recent memory. I usually order this to go along with a plate of veggies. Their service is always top notch, their setup is one of the most convenient in that you pass by the items and have the choice of selecting them for your plate rather than requesting them to cook your food and then wait, and I am very appreciative of their wide selection of vegan options. Since this is the first Fadi’s I have been to, it is the standard by which I measure the others. My first impression of this place as I walked in for the first time was that this was such an immaculate layout. What a great feeling to walk into a place that appears built for a king while also containing a somewhat casual vibe. Like most restaurants, not only do they have a vibe that the owner and his/her employees create, but their customers tend to have an energy as well. Here, I can say the clientele tends to be friendly. Those who aren’t are probably in «mind my own business» mode. I mention this because I recall being acknowledged by a gentleman who I struck up a conversation with on my first visit. On top of pleasant, the cordial vibe seemed to be universal. Then again, I digress from the actual restaurant. Who reads reviews to see such a scatter? What I have tried here has included their spinach hummus, their own signature hummus, the spicy hummus, their beets, their FRIEDCAULIFLOWER(OUTSTANDINGTASTE — I get it 90% of the time), their lentil soup(as mentioned before), their raw lentils, their chick peas, their green beans, their okra, and a number of other salads whose names I cannot recall except that they were/are vegan-friendly. My favorite thing to do is to pile on the green vegetables, have some of the squash/zucchini/mushroom vegetable mix(not called this but can’t recall what it’s named), purchase some fried cauliflower, and dip them in my choice of hummus. Ordering a vegetable plate and a soup usually assures me about 4 – 5 meals. This is fortunate for me because I eat a lot and covers that amount of meals a day when I’m out on the run. It is a pleasure to go to a place where their prices match their quality, the experience, and the portion size. You get what you pay for with bonus features. This is a vegans dream place.

So glad this place was still open close to 9pm. I was intrigued by this cafeteria-style Mediterranean food that my Houston natives explained to me and though everything was not completely warm that late at night, I still liked it and understood why they did too! Any staple to a Mediterranean joint are chicken kabobs but theirs were on the dry side and apparently the garlic sauce is nothing to rave about. Their cauliflower is on the oily side, but it was really good. Pita bread with hummus is delish– I had the Fadi’s Hummus and it had some mushroom in it! I tried their fish with green curry and that obviously was the right choice. It tasted so good, even though it tasted more Thai. The potatoes were pretty good, as was their kale salad. Their pistachio baklava was AMAZING and my friend did not steer me wrong. I had it the next day and it was just the right amount of crisp and sweet and had plenty of pistachio! I think some items are hit or miss, but overall it is a pretty good 3.5 star place and I would probably come back to try most everything.
