I went to get my arms waxed here. The lady that did the waxing constantly double dipped in the wax, used the strip she was using on me to get wax off of her hand and continued to use it on me. WORST OF ALL she DROPPED the same strip on the floor, picked it up and still CONTINUED TO USE IT! She didn’t even have the decency to throw it away and get another strip! I will never return to this place! THEY ARE DISGUSTING!

Ive been here many many times for eyebrows and today the owner said shes never seen me and called me a liar! She told me I must be mistaken and I dont know where I’m going because she’s never seen me here. I was completely insulted as she kept acting like I had no idea how to drive and that because she works here all day and has never seen me here that she cannot accept my coupon and I must have used it at another location. TERRIBLE to accuse your honest and (once) loyal customers! Probably WILL go to the other locations now!
