Execellent customer service and quick response time! After having a «miscommunication» with another hvac company, I called this one! The tech and the receptionist were very professional and knowledgable and explained everything he was doing and completed the service in a timely manner. I’m not sure if other places may be less expensive but I was pleased with their service.

I have a super old AC system that should probably get replaced. Fortunately the Aire Serv guy does such a good job when ever it tries to die, that it ends up setting records for oldest air handler unit in Virginia. The guy that comes over when we call is very friendly and explains the problem he finds in detail. They respond super quick and the fixes so far have been relatively cheap.

Extremely quick response to maintenance calls; knowledgeable, friendly technicians; and fair prices make Aire Serv a great HVAC repair/​service/​replacement company.
We recently had to replace our AC unit, and Aire Serv was the only company that didn’t try to get us to replace our whole system: furnace, duct work and all. Their technicians showed up the next day and installed a new outdoor unit and cooling coil in under five hours, maintaining work site cleanliness and leaving our house looking like they were never there.
They have my business as long as I live in Hampton Roads.
