This has become my new salon over the last 6 months. All the girls (Tiffany, Remy and Hanna) are great. I personally go to Hanna and she is fantastic. Her gel manicures and waxing are the best I’ve had in a long time. Remy always makes great recommendations for nail colors also. I like that they have loyalty cards as well. After 9 services you get a free one. I don’t know any other places that do that. I would absolutely recommend.

I will give them credit in the manicure, fill and pedicure department, they do a great job. However, when they are speaking in their native language the entire time around you and laughing, its incredibly rude. Also had a discrepancy over my punch card twice now. Beyond ridiculous granted — I shouldn’t be worried about what there talking and laughing about but it’s my time to relax and this behavior makes it difficult. *especially when it’s directed to their clients

I was a loyal customer to this salon since they opened. Gradually I have been turned off due to the lack of customer service and reciprocated loyalty. I do understand that policies are in place, but refusing to issue a stamp on your loyalty card for my last service, when you KNOW I never received a stamp, by saying that it HAS to be at the time of the service is somewhat ridiculous when said client has been as loyal as I have. Now for the real issue… I know it is a cliché that in «Asian» nail salons they speak Vietnamese, or whatever their mother tongue is, but what I will not tolerate is when they make it blatantly obvious that they are gossiping about you and making fun of you in a different language. This is just outright rude and inconsiderate. I really expected more from Tiffany and Remy. They won’t be seeing me again, since I’ll be finding a new salon that will appreciate my loyalty and $$.

New place in Sudbury! Love it. Reasonable to begin with and they are currently having 15% off for the grand opening sale. Did a great job with a basic mani/​pedi as well as eyebrow wax. Loads of OPI and Essie. Will be returning!

This is my second visit to the nail salon. I appreciate the clean, new shop, great spa chairs. The girls are professional and provide a good service. Their prices are comparable to the area even without the grand opening discount of 15%. I am very pleased. I will be a regular customer here.

i really enjoyed my manicure (at 15% off due to their grand opening special!) and the staff was very friendly. the nail salon is very cute inside and you can tell cleanliness is a priority. i’m definitely coming back :) great selection of nail colors as well. i love how new everything looks.
the manicure without the discount is $ 15 and a pedicure is $ 30 — both a little steep but i really think they did a wonderful job so it’s worth it!
