Bosse is attractive to families because it offers a wide array of activities for various ages in its sprawling facility. And, while Bosse does indeed offer a lot, the club actually offers far too much, because it doesn’t properly execute anything. Every department(with the exception of daycare) suffers from severe mismanagement and overall ineptitude. Bosse boasts that it’s a community and suggests it’s more of a social club than a gym. The reality is that the club’s vibe is generally negative. Both staff and members are collectively miserable. I urge anyone considering membership to look past the facility’s glitz and shimmer because, beneath it all, Bosse is nothing more than a subpar and overpriced health club. Go across the street to Boston Sports Club(for a fraction of the price and much better management!) or better yet, support a local boutique studio. You’ll find neither passion nor positivity at Bosse Sports.

I joined one year ago when my gym closed. I have been disappointed. My monthly rate is $ 285 and not worth it. The $ 2000 initiation fee was«waived»(special offer-not sure if this is true). The pool is closed every week night and Saturday night to be rented out for a swim team so you can’t go for a swim in the evening. The swim team is made up of teenagers and they also use the spin bikes on Saturday mornings and leave the bikes sweaty. The room stinks afterwards as well. This is right before the 830am spin class. They have several video classes instead of human teachers. This convinced me to let my membership expire and buy a spin bike at home. There was one spin teacher who played music videos during class. A nice idea but I found most of the videos offensive and objectified women. It was a challenging class but I just couldn’t stomach the visuals any more. That said all the other instructors were excellent and knowledgeable. Paul at the front desk was unpleasant EVERYSINGLETIME I saw him. The gym was never really crowded so that was a plus. Most of the classes had 2 to 10 people. Overall I would expect much better service for the amount of money they charge. There are a few big gyms opening in the area soon so I recommend waiting for those to open before you signup for a 12 mo contract at Bosse. I gave two stars because the instructors are good.

We joined Bosse Sports about 10 years ago, soon after they opened. When we joined we paid a $ 6,000 membership deposit(in addition to annual fees) which management assured us we would get back when we left. We moved last year and requested our money back. They refused to give it to us, and wouldn’t give us a reason; they just stopped returning our calls. Now we’ll have to take them to court, but unlikely we’ll see anything back.

This is probably the best gym I will ever go to in my life, which is sad because I live in Korea now and it’s thousands of miles away from me. Everything is pristine, the sauna is amazing, the pool is luxurious, there’s tons of mat space for stretching and core work, a veritable fleet of ellipticals and tread mills(the latter face out a huge window towards rt 20 so you can see the mass of lexuses, Mercedes, beemers and audis that pull in here while you run). I’ve never had a problem here. They’re almost always open, even on holidays when you just gotta escape the fam for a little bit to so your cardio regimen. Great weight machines, free weights, and daily group training classes like Pilates and yoga and such. I MISSITSOMUCH!!!
